Dragon Age.

*walks into the brothel and selects a lineup of both genders*
*picks a "female" elf that really looks female*
*we both go in the room and strip*

Elf: Don't act like you're surprised.

*screen fades to black, moans ensue*

Me: *motions jailer over*
Jailor: Yeah?
Me: [Persuade] I'm just looking for some company.
Jailor: *walks into the cell*
Me: [Persuade] If you take off that armor, we can get started.
Jailor: *takes off armor, grumbling about buckles*
Me and Alistair: *beats jailor senseless and takes key*

(We're both male.)

*after an epic fight with over a dozen corpses strewn around the room and everyone splattered in blood*

Alistair: There's so much blood...

Any dialogue between Zevran and Wynne. Or Oghren and Wynne. Poor Wynne. :(

I <3 Bioware.

Me and my mates wet ourselves when we provided voice acting whilst playing Final Fantasy VII.
Also, there was one instance in the First Monkey Island: "I wanna be a fireman!"

Psiops, or whatever it was called. A pretty mediocre game, but I was playing on Co-Op with my best friend. For those who don't know, Psiops has the most terrible idea of Co-Op I've ever encountered. One person controls the body and the other controls the psychic powers and guns. My friend was new to the game, and I thought he'd love the powers.

After several episodes in which I went stealth-mode, slowly ducking and diving between enemies, trying to take them out strategically, while my friend was hijacking the same body to hurl fire, bodies, and bullets at everything which gave him a funny look, we decided it was time to go for a full-frontal.

I ran at the enemies, steering our guy away from most of the bullets while trying to keep the aim steady for my friend. Unfortunately, I realised health was low and intended to flee. My friend had other ideas, so we ended up with a character whose bottom-half was facing away from the enemy, fleeing like his arse was on fire while his top-half furious spun back and fourth, trying to hit the enemy directly behind with waves of fire.

It was just...too odd.

My buddy and I had the same experience as you in Little Big Planet man, that game is fucking great.

The claptrap in The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is freaking hilarious, I was playing with my friend 2 days ago and we were in the town of Jakob's Cove we were at the gate by the beach and the claptrap fucking yells at my friend, "HEY! I just pooped where you're standing!" I was playing it last night again by myself and I was standing by the message board not doing anything for a while and the same claptrap said, "I will literally murder the person of you're choice if you just get me out of here. I never even liked Markus, just say the word!" I was cracking up for a long ass time.

My bro, a few others, and myself once sat down to watch th ehorrible-ness that is Legendary. We thank all Starked-it-up, and snarkily commented on the awful gameplay and cinematics.
None of us could keep from cracking up just after Mr. Bean got stabbed by the box, and left the museum. To his dismay and our amusement, hundreds of people and cars were then inexplicably ragdolled into the air, TOWARDS the epicenter of the magical-pandora's-blast thing.

I teared up while laughing when one of the ragdolls hit a streetlamp on its way up. :3

I was playing Halo 3 co-op, with a friend, he kept flipping are warthog over by using the grav hammer while in the passanger seat. Then I started spamming flares in his face. Good times, good times.

Conker's Bad Fur Day had me laughing pretty constantly from the "hangover" tutorial level onward. I mean, really, a shit monster? THAT SINGS OPERA?! You slay me, sir.

Also, there were moments in "Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard" that gave me a good laugh, like when he spouts off his uber-serious 80's-action-flick catchphrase and fails to understand why the girl isn't impressed.

I laugh every time I play Crackdown of Saints Row 2. How can you not laugh at throwing a skip at somebody's face, or throwing somebody onto a trampoline causing them to bounce off the edge of a cliff?
Oh, and I'm currently enjoying Castle Crashers, it's made me chuckle a few times. Mainly at the cat thing that comes out of the water. WTF is with that? :p

Wait... So you can actually DO that? I lol'd when they mention it as history in Fable 2, but now I want to grab a copy of TLC and go for it!

OMG! Funniest moment ever in Dragon Age was when I was a mage in the origin story, and I said to a templar "That's a big door!" to which he replied "Yes it is."
It was funnier at the time.

There is some pretty dark humor mixed in Jade Empire. I lol'd when I saw the option to say, after killing a plot-important enemy near the beginning of the gam, something like "Let him argue with the worms now". It was funnier at the time.

Dragon Age,

Playing in the castle at Redcliffe when u have to get the demon out of the boy. I said that we should go in and kill the demon and free the boy. I was ready to go when I got asked who should be sent, I saw the "Morrigan can do it" choice and started laughing my ass off.

I remember as a kid laughing uncontrollably at the irony of when my players were running senseless and stupidly in sensible soccer.
