Ever been stuck on a level for weeks?

Timesplitters 2. Hard. The freaking first level. One month.

One guy in this message board I used to go to was stuck there for over six months. I'm not sure he ever made it.

I was stuck on a level in the 3rd chapter of Doom (Inferno) for 6 months. Turned out the hidden door was behind a fucking black candle.

you know, embarrasingly i was stuck on i think it was level 8 in ninja gaiden 2 on easy for a few weeks, before i sold the game. damn homing missels

The fucking License tests in Gran Turismo 3. Those things could shatter dreams.
Thank god you can port them over to Gran Turismo 4, of course they added that penalty thing to the rally races just to even out the blood-pressure raising useless stuff added onto the game.

That and the SR2 level where you have to defend that truck from the homeless people in cars that have submachine guns instead of basic living essentials. In fact, just about every escort mission. In any game. Ever.

"Jumpin' Jack Flash" in Elite Beat Agents. I'm still stuck there, actually. Too bad, because the game otherwise actually has utterly excellent difficulty progression. Dang spinners.

Also, the final battle in Puzzle Quest. I just can't do enough damage before the enemy's damage really starts piling up.

You don't even KNOW being stuck on a single part.

Trust me, you'll consider that level easy after trying it.

Haha yeah, there isn't a point in that game where your NOT stuck on an area for a good half hour. I beat it in like a month but died over 4000 times
