I've been to the hospital a few times twice because I needed stitches and once because I had appendicitis but other than that nothing really serious.
Eeek that'd suck. I'm under the impression that you explode if not operated upon, but my exhaustive research consists of watching a Simpsons episode so it may not be entirely accurate. Doctoring isn't all snarky comments then, there's gross human body-related stuff to it as well? Again shows how accurate my research is :\Brnin8 said:I had that too, they didn't operate because it was "too tender", they then sent me home and it had died down. Unfortunately the trip has left a scar on me, an elderly woman in the room next to me (apparently hard of hearing) was explaining to a doctor about how she had blood in her stool. The start of the conversation I have managed to mostly repress, sadly the worst part still haunts me... After hearing what was wrong the doctor said "Well let's have a look" and then I heard the rip of a diaper, "oh boy" the doctor said. The rest of the conversation was mostly medical jargon, so I didn't really get (nor did I want to) any of it...The Amazing Tea Alligator said:A looooooong time ago I had appendicitis but besides that nothing really.
Other than an ear infection, that was really the only trip I have ever had to the hospital.
How does one cut their leg on a toilet?Lupeclan said:Yeah i had to get stitches for my leg.
It got cut open BY A TOILET!
Oh, I had one of those, they hurt like a ***** don't they! Thought I'd got appendicitis or something. That was the only time I've ever had to go to hospital, I've been rather healthy other than that.Cheery Lunatic said:I just got back from the hospital. I've been having severe abdominal pain for months now and turns out, I had an ovarian cyst and a fallopian tube torsion (it was twisted 8 freaking times but we didn't know it before the surgery). Fuuuun. So my parents panicked reeeaaal bad when they heard the diagnosis and insisted on taking me to the ER last night (even though I had an appointment this morning) but I'm glad they did. So basically I had surgery, and now I'm feeling a lot better. I've been pigging out too since I haven't eaten anything in two days.
So folks, lets hear your hospital stories.![]()
Goddamn, have some sympathy hugs. A friend of mine had a similar issue with his man-parts; I hear the pain can be horrific. So I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better. Have fun pigging outCheery Lunatic said:I just got back from the hospital. Thanks for asking, haha. Very nice of you.Nanaki316 said:God, sorry if anyone has already asked and I missed it but you're ok now right? I mean it hasn't created long term complications? Hope you're ok x
Haha, I've done that, although the cut was on my arm and wasn't quite deep enough to require hospital. Actually, it was a bathroom sink, but it could just as easily have been a toilet.Brnin8 said:How does one cut their leg on a toilet?Lupeclan said:Yeah i had to get stitches for my leg.
