Ever "lost" a game?

I didn't technically lost the game, but I did loose my safe of Pokemon Red when I was about...11 years old or something. A Blastoise, Charizard and Venusaur hand trained (without those free level up thingies) to level 100 along with some others (Mewto, some randoms). O how my fury was endless... Still have no idea who erased it, I still suspect my little brother.

I also lost Railroad Tycoon 2, just when I started getting good at it. Shame, loved that game. Think I left it in the PC when we brought it to a shop to get it fixed.

Same with Simcity 3000, my little sister decided it was fun to jump on. Finally managed to get it again about a year or 2 ago. Ofcourse I barely touch it now, but I played it a lot on holiday. Sitting in the nice, Italian afternoon sun with a shitty laptop, building a city while listening to those relaxed jazzy tunes, lovely vacation it was, also learned windsurfing.

I've also "lost" BioShock for the 360, well I borrowed it to someone. But I never see the guy again. In return I borrowed the Orange Box from him, for the 360 as well. Shame I never pay for Xbox Live Gold anyway, not that TF2 is so awesome on the 360.

Yeah, I've got a story.
Lent Tekken 3 to a friend for a while, that's fine I know he wants to play it for some fun.
He take it to a friends house, that's fine I know they want to have some fun.
Get it back.
No worries.
Few months later I go to play Tekken 3.
What's in the case? Fifa 98/99. Some kind of Fifa which i've never owned.

Lee, Lee, Lee where has my game gone? That was years ago and I still have that bloody copy of Fifa whateveryearitwas. Why?

One game that I've been hunting for years...

I never actually had it, so I didn't lose it exactly. I was looking at it in a store, and I thought the price tag was too much, since I didn't actually know what it was. I think it was a magic-academy of sorts, and you were this girl going there for the first time, only to find the whole place deserted. So you had to find out what had happened, with the help of a small dragon (like dog-sized) that was afraid of heights, or something.

Probably was an adventure game, and I seem to remember something about the girl having an uncle or something who worked at the university.

The problem is, as I said, that this was years ago. I don't remember with perfect clarity anymore, and it doesn't seem like the game turned out very popular, no one I've asked seems to know anything about it. That I have no idea about the name, and have all my knowledge from reading on the back doesn't help either... I want my shiny magical adventure

I lost Tekken 5 and Final Fantasy 8 disc 1 in a house fire. They melted inside my PS2 and PS1 and they got thrown out.

I lost CD's for some old action RPG's ages ago. Silver and Hexplore. I loved them both. Moved house and I haven't been able to find them since. Then again, that was years ago. I'm more careful now.
I don't know if this counts but I also lost 7000 gamerscore the other day.
Silly downloading profiles to other friends 360 when you haven't had the internet for three months.

I´m playing BG1 through for the umpteenth time now.
Never could make it all the way in one go.
because I found another game to occupy my time with after a while..

you could always ask for them back if you ever the urge to play them again, right?

Such as 2D,3D,iso,fpp,top-down.
Was it a click and play adventure, or like the longest journey, or dreamfall?

Lost a cartridge with a 112 games for the NES... Got it in Hong Kong, but can't find a shop that has them anymore! Not that my NES is still working, but oh nostalgia... Furthermore lost Final Fantasy VIII, Tekken 3, Tetris, Pipe Dream and a lot more!

Edit: And a lot of Taito games for the Gameboy which were awesome! Just remembered Elevator Action...
