I lost my PS2 and all the games I have for it. God only knows what happened to it. One minute it was in my bedroom under my TV and the next it was gone. Nobody had been in my room between it being there and not being there...
Lost countless games. Probably forgotten i even owned them! Probably put in the bin or sold at car boot by parents ... curse them D:
Baldur's Gate & Neverwinter Nights, Guildwars, all the old monkey islands, handful of win95/8 flight sims, portable consoles + games ... uuggh too many.
the two games i know i have lost to date just out of miss placing them or them being sucked into the lost property dimension are Transformers: WFC for xbox 360 (went to trade it in the other day and haven't been able to find the disc anywhere) and Yoshi's Story for the N64(i must have been 12 when i lost it and it has always kind of stuck in my mind.)
I've "lost" Pokémon Blue and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. More recently (as in 5 years ago) I lost my copy of The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess with my GameCube memory card inside the box but I eventually found it. Then when I moved from home into my own apartment I misplaced the cartridge for Pokémon Pearl but still had the box.
I mostly lose manuals, though (since I keep them seperate to read them as I like). Luckily, most of the manuals I've lost are for Guld Wars games, which gives you all of your campaigns as long as you re-install one of them.
Lost my disc to COD:MW. Still got the box. Still sits on my shelf. Still get up and open it every now and then, to see if it's tucked itself back in. Still not there. Good thing is, i downloaded a copy then used the CD key from the box, so technically i still have the game - does that make me a stealer, if i download it from a torrents site but use my key?
I had previously lost my only copy of Digimon World (PSX). But it's all good because I had recently found it again in the same condition it was in when I lost it.
At a rehearsal for a cubs Panto I ended up getting my copy of Pokemon Gold mixed up with a friends copy. He then somehow lost my copy and I think I gave him his copy back which meant that I came out with nothing. Thinking back I should have held his copy to ransom till he found mine.
This pissed me off quite a bit at how stupid I was...
Taking my PS3 over to a friends house with my HD computer monitor. I had everything, LBP, Call of Duty 4 and Unreal Tournament. So I drive over to my friends and when I set everything up, I can't find the games.
I look in the car and all through my bags and then it hit me...
I had put the games on the roof of the car and drove off. I hopped in my car and drove back to my house. I found Call of Duty and Unreal Tournament and they looked like they got ran over but the discs still worked. I never found LBP though. Must have stayed on the roof longer and fell off somewhere along the way. I sold the games to Gamestop without the cases and got whatever I could and just bought MW again.
