To (somewhat) quote Christopher Paolini, you can't argue with all the fools in the world, its better to let them think they're right and trick them when they're not looking

Yes, I enjoy arguing with myself. On a more serious note, as an IR major who has yet to be exposed on any significant level to Marxism (as applied to International Relations Theory, of course), I haven't argued with a sufficient enough idiot to pass judgment there.

yes, I often speak to myself and discover what an idiot I am(not true, I don't actually speak to myself, that would be a bit weird, wouldn't it? yes it would)

I've tried arguing with a few idiots in my time. Some were the religious kind and some were just stupid people who insist on not thinking and using gay as a valid insult. Being the spreader of reason I try to be, I argue with these people, futile as it may be. I hate it when people not just not think, but actively be dumb and go out of their way to avoid intellectualism, just floating through the gutters of bad r&b and buying teh haloz, under the impression that it is cool not to think and that thinking is "gay."

Sorry for the mini-rant, just something that really pisses me off, especially with this one guy who used to go to my school and acted dumb along with his sister who shops at hot topic.

Oh, do I always. Mostly fighting with a co-worker to get her to get to work before the boss yells at her. She is always "no thanks, I don't want to work today." and she gets all confused as to why she gets yelled at. Its like....I don't really know a word better than "idiotic" for that situation.

Or attempting to explain how Wiccans and Satanists are different to a person who OBVIOUSLY has no idea what they are talking about and is just ranting. Oh yeah, THATS always fun.

I have. Countless times.

I have no idea why, but idiots are infinitely determined to just never ever admit they're wrong on anything. Especially shitty games/movies/whatever that they shamelessly fanboy to death or how the world was made (see Creationist Stupidity) etc.

My bad, really. Not very good at this 'sarcasm' thing, evidently.
Well I find it difficult to understand sometimes when it's in writing but I should have been able to see that since you put the annoyed face. -_-

Before you accuse people of being idiots, you might want to correct your English.

You "argue" with someone. You do not "argument" with someone.
pwnd lol

What I meant, of course, was this: pwnd lol.

Anyway, yes, I often find myself arguing with people who think the definition of "fact" is "whatever I think is right," which causes me massive and irreparable brain damage as I try to refrain from unleashing bone-melting, God-killing, skin-flaying rage upon them.
These same people often presents their arguments like this too:

FACT: *my opinion*
ANOTHER FACT: *Another opinion*

while not realizing simply saying "FACT" in their posts does not make it factual.
