extremely frustrating moments in gaming

Escort activities on both Saints Row games. They are the reason I hate news vans.

Escort missions in general. Stop giving me hemophiliac people to protect, that are sword/bullet/arrow/spell/damage magnets. And don't you bloody dare make them able to speak.

any game where you have to speed run a level to unlock bonuses. top of these is trying for a week straight to get friggin invisibility on N64 Goldeneye!!! why would invisibilty be harder to get than invincibility and all guns....... no sense!!!!!

frustrating for me? when your computer crashes, and steam locks you out, meaning you have to get a new pc and can't play left 4 dead anymore.

There was a moment in dead rising that almost made me kill someone out of rage. I had like 20 minutes left on the watch to start the last case. Id already been playing for hours. to kill the last couple minutes, I opened one of the doors to talk to a surviver that I rescued then went to the section in the safe room where it has the unlocked costumes and stuff. A survivor followed me there said "hey thanks" and plopped his ass right in the middle of the only way out of that area. I coulnt jump over him, i couldnt kill his ass dead. and I most certainly ran out of time there ... I was so mad i threw my controller.

Where to start, where to start...

Any game with a hard boss and unskipable cutscenes.

Earthworm Jim: Down the Tubes (I hate time limits.)

Earthworm Jim 2: Still a fun game, but I swear the difficulty is a test of human patience.

Ecco the Dolphin: See above.

Sonic 3: The barrel in Carnival Nights. Sonic fans you know the one...

Resident Evil 4: Assignment Ada. The battle against Krauser. This ones a ***** because Ada doesn't get yellow herbs.

Splinter Cell: Double Agent: Elite Mode. This difficulty setting removes all projectiles from the game while retaining the Expert difficulty, forcing you to rely on close combat.

Back To the Future Part III: The single hardest thing I've personally encountered in a game. I bought this for the Genesis/Megadrive when it was fairly new in 1993. To this day I still can't beat the first level.

FFX: Dodging 200 lightning bolts in the thunder plains.

Trust me I can name more.

The games that handicaps you when you fight a boss to make it fit for the story, like you begin the fight with only half of your health or you can only use one attack.

The game thats frustrating me at the moment is King Kong. The section where you have to distract the V-rex while youre two idiotic companions are busy opening a door!

I got to lap 57 out of 60 and crashed. There goes an hour of my life. :/

But really, Ikaruga, most water levels, all of prime 2, most quake matches, most UT matches, most shooter online games in general...etc

this may just be me, but in Guild wars, the most frustrating thing you can do is get a party together for Underworld if you're not an assassin.

Also, If you played Jak 3 before Jak 2, Jak 2 is like ten times harder.

And Ive gotten very frustrated in destroy all humans, the level where you have to get the truck through the mine, debris and cow covered road under a certain amount of time.

Having to bear with the soundtrack of a Guitar (or should I say 'Drum') Hero game makes me want to go back in time, find the mothers of the genius' who keep making Guitar Hero games, and abort their asses from existence.
