I quite enjoy the world of Fable, but the direction it took with the last game was deeply disappointing. The world itself was still the same, but the gameplay was unrewarding and shallow. I liked the towns, I liked the moments where your decisions genuinely changed things and I liked the scenery.
As long as Molyneux takes it upon himself to impliment the gameplay from the first Fable, make the story a great deal longer, remember that boos fights are meant to be challenging and keep in mind that some RPG conventions (like getting gold for completing quests) are conventions that work.
I realise that Molyneux is trying to create realism in Fable's world, but realism, as far as I'm concerned, is dispensable if it means the game can be more fun. And as Fable 2 proved, having an everyday job in a game is not fun.
