Well fuck the radio edit.I have radio edits. They usually screw songs over for me.Matt_LRR said:Radiohead's own radio edit of the song replaces "fucking" with "very". The full version of this cover says "fucking" - they simply recorded the radio version for use in the trailer.RanD00M said:But they kinda destroyed it by saying "So very special" instead of "So fucking special".The "Fucking" put a much greater emphasis on the chorus.Matt_LRR said:I can't say much about the movie, but the trailer's cover of Radiohead's 'Creep' is fucking chillinly beautiful.

Thank you.BonsaiK said:The thing is, you could absolutely make a movie about it. The story of toilet paper in the western world is an untold one so far in cinematic history. It would involve patents, large corporations vying for power, deal-making, possibly a bit of skullduggery and blackmail... it's as fertile a ground (pardon the pun) for scriptwriting as anything else. Everyone chiming in with Facebook-hate is missing the entire point of making such a film. The "corporate struggle" movie is a genre that is well-known and it doesn't really matter what the corporation is, or what your opinion of the corporation is, although an unpopular or controversial one certainly does make for more drama. It could be Facebook, Kleenex, Hersheys, Starbucks, Budweiser, Fischer-Price, Toys R Us... doesn't matter.
Yeah... that's not Michael Cera...AWDMANOUT said:Oh c'mon guys, it's freaking Micheal Cera. Isn't he great?
I don't think that word means what you think it means...Lupus in fabula said:Facebook is as redundant as those crappy NEON/LED lights some douchebags install under their cars.

Depends how big it gets.Lupus in fabula said:What about Chatroulette ?BonsaiK said:You could make a movie about Skype too, and it would actually be potentially really cool for the same reasons.
I'm with you. It looks interesting enough to at least warrant the cost of a movie ticket.Eggsnham said:Am I the only one who finds this interesting?
HEY don't compare cheese sandwiches to facebookTerminate421 said:WHAT?!?! Next thing you know there gonna make a movie about a cheese sandwich! Or the DS sitting on my desk right now! But a FACEBOOK MOVIE?!?
Why not? More millionaires were created during the Great Depression than at any other time in human history. Why? People had great ideas, saw an idle workforce, and put thought into action. Every big corporation started small, as an idea in the mind of one person or a small group of people. The real message in a "corporate struggle" film is "despite hardship, you can achieve your goals", which should be very inspiring to anybody going through hard times.Lupus in fabula said:Considering the current economic crisis, I don't think the audience will appreciate a "corporate struggle" movie.
I know, pathetic isn't it.TheDrunkNinja said:Wow... Kay I have one thing to say about this...
I honestly can't believe people are getting all pissy and childish about this.
In what way is it excessive?Lupus in fabula said:I never use a word unless I know what it means. Facebook is redundant = Facebook is excessive. So is installing NEON/LED lights under your car.
Actually the main reason why Facebook predominated over MySpace as the major social network is because Facebook kept their interface lean, system-conservative and relatively minimal, as opposed to allowing their users to run rampant with massive ugly customisations, bells and whistles which chewed up bandwidth and resources.Lupus in fabula said:Facebook is redundant = Facebook is excessive
