Fake video game "secrets"

1. Mew can be found in a truck on the docks in Cerulean city
2. If you hold down select, start, and A, you can get Donphan in Pokemon yellow. (Resets Gameboy)
3. If you use the itemfinder in the Cerulean city gym you'll find a hidden button on the wall. This button floods the gym and eventually the entire city. You get Pikablue.
4. If you beat the elite 4 100 times without healing, you get TM Volcano, the best attack in the game.

Ahh the good old days.

Anytime Reed says that something is a one-hit kill on a fighting game, I used to believe him but now its just like "yeah, you said Mr Noodles(Mr Saturn, I just call him Mr Noodles for no reason) is a one-hit kill if you hit him as soon as he appears!"... Also, a recurring gag in World of Warcraft: Someone in one of the city General chats will ask how you quit a guild. The command is /gquit. However, typing only that into the chatbox- which many helpful but unknowing souls will do to answer the question- will cause you to quit your guild.

There was a few I found to get more characters in Battle Mode in Sonic and the Black Knight. I spent 45 minutes to do the last boss in under 30 seconds for nothing but some lousy concept art.
I want my secret characters for part of the game I never use, dammit!

Well, after seeing how easy the game is with it. I know it is the only way to get darkrai and cressela (I think), but you can steal other pokemon, get full on all Item, 1-hit KOs, etc.

Adding to the pokemon, I was always told that holding down B while attacking increases your chance for a critical hit.
The bad part is that it's become an uncontrolable thing that when I play pokemon I hold down the B button and dont realize I'm doing it >.<

weirdly enough, i've heard this for games like fire emblem too. i'm not really sure how that started...but a lot of people do it without ever having heard the rumour

Which is why I only use cheap cheats in emergencies.

I swear i managed to jump through a cloud in super mario 64 in that main room...

spent ages looking for it, i think it was near the door to the sunken ship level?

It wouldn't surprise me, there's a lot of collision glitches in SM64.
There's the one on the outside of one of the Castles spires where you clip through a bit of wall and land in the room just inside the main entrance to the castle. Plenty more little glitches like that... you really gotta persevere to find them sometimes.
Try google it and see if you can find anything.
