Found a super mutant master stuck waste deep in a rock yesterday.

Attacked him a with my fists in VATS

Upon exiting VATS I found myself stuck in the rock with him.

Fun times.

And today I just had the biggest one yet, and it's a long story till we get to the mindfuck. Just to clarify that DLC may have something to do with it I have broken steel, operation anchorage, and the Pitt.

One day a long time ago I left Megaton to witness Megaton settlers harassing a brotherhood of steel water delivery caravan. After a brief conversation between the two factions they begin to quarrel, and me, being the neutral karma prick I am, stand and watch as the brotherhood slaughter the three settlers, deputy weld, and Stockholm the sniper.

I saw the exact same thing happen on my game! only weld never came back. But the settelers managed to kill the carravan but still got mowed down by the brotherhood, Gattaling Lazers vs a knife and a .32 calliber pistol not exactly a fair fight. Though i have no idea why they shot stokholm or weld as they didn't try to stop the fight or join in.

I've heard so many stories about weird glitches like this. One time, a friend and I were playing as a good character when suddenly Fawkes turns around and starts killing his character. No provocation, no gunfire, he just decided that he was pissed with us.

My favorite bug so far, walking out the door to Megaton, into Megaton.

Also, I'm pretty sure deputy weld always respawns a few days (real time) after his death.

i've had something like this happen in oblivion, if you kill him again you should be fine

Ive had my character gain a MASSIVE pair of hands. Twice. Now Ive been assured that masturbating does not give you bigger hands, or turn your penis to stone, so I dont know how my character got them.

Deputy Weld respawns as long as it's not you that kills him I believe. Whether thats intended or not I don't know but I've seen stuff kill him multiple times and everytime I come back to Megaton he's there again, brand spankin new.

While infiltrating the Talon Company base, I, hidden, stayed back in my Chinese Stealth Suit while Fawkes charged into a room after a Merc armed with a Rocket Launcher, and some NPC with a name instead of a generic title. I entered after Fawkes stopped shooting, looking for the NPC's corpse, as it was bound to contain important loot of some sort.

I spent 30 minutes searching the room, wondering how his body could have disappeared. Finally, I exited the chamer and began to descend a flight of stairs, to discover that the NPC had someone run past me and Fawkes, gotten to the lower level, and was now having a quick smoke break.

Aside from this, trying to find the Prototype Medic Power Armor. My friend had informed me of its whereabouts, but, try as I might, I have never found it no matter how many times I've been to the Olney sewers searching for it. The armor is simply not there.

If you enter the sewers, and don't get it the first time, it disappears upon reentry. ~~~~

As you can notice in this link, the deathclaw is a mile high. It is a pretty common glitch, but one of my favorites haha.

For the most part my version has been pretty glitch free otherwise (I have the PS3 version, if that makes a difference.) Although I did see some Outcasts attack Paradise Falls once. That was pretty cool.

2 things come to mind

1. around the top left region of the map near the dunwhich building i was at the top of a really high cliff and at the bottom a deathclaw spotted me ... i laughed as it tried to reach me for 2 minutes going "pfffft .. stupid AI" ... the deathclaw left my sights but i could still hear the steps, 20 secs later i got bored .. i turned around ready to leave when i see that same deathclaw only 10 or so metres away sprinting at me top speed "FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU......"

You do now that the Dunwich building is near the lower left area of the map right?

it happened right after i left and was on my way to the nuka cola factory, i don't keep track of the map when following markers and the journey didn't seem that long, so .. **clap clap** you know map locations, astonishing! you must be very proud of yourself

well, I got one story, but its not a mindfuck of sorts. This was during Broken Steel DLC when the Chinese Commanding Officer wants to have a knife fight with you. Me and the commander couldn't move... I just stood there looking at the Power Armor guy fight the Chinese soldiers for 2 min, before the Commander exploded (bloody mess-style) and I died a couple of seconds later for no apparent reason...

But when it comes to mindfuck, stay away from Punga-seeds... yikes...

After finishing that quest for reilys rangers, or whatever they're called, i was scaving near that great big crashed missile and got attacked by a bunch of super mutant masters. shot all but one then started useing deathclaw gauntlet i some how managed to hit the ugly into and through a door, now every time i'm near there, super mutant master- after super mutant master comes pouring out of that door!

The last mission when you and all your Tin men follow Optimus Fail over the bridge it crashed about a jillions times on my PS3 wound me up having to do it again and again and....

my brother got stuck in the pitts big office building with the slave leader after beating the quest,the door was locked with him in the building and no one had a key.stuck forever.he spent over 20 or more hours on that name just to have it screw him over like that,needless to say we turned it in.at least we got to see the all-american DEATHBOT in action with all his funny sayings.

I have experienced no MINDFUCKS on fallout 3.

Though, I saw on one youtube video this really wierd black "goo monster". It twitches around-it has a sperical centre with like 20 "tentacles" that whip everything and don't harm the player. It is a glitch, not a mod. He doesn't know how it happened but i follows him everywhere.

He went to experts, they said his graphics card is fucked up. And his processor couldn't sort the problem. A total mechanical failure.

He can't run fallout 3 without that thing. MINDFUCK

I don't really have a mind fuck story but the Karma system is fucking stupid.

I've spent the entire game recently, doing all the quests with the best possible karma level. Then, I look at what "in game" date it is and see that its on my birthday.

So, as a present to me, I decide to slaughter every citizen of Megaton. And since I'm at level 20, its not really a big deal. So, I go to every store and every house. I kill all the people in Moriarty's Saloon, all of the Children of Atom, the Sheriff, Jericho, and all the other random citizens I can find.

I make sure everyone is dead, including the Brahmin and they all are. Then when I look at my Karma meter, it says I'm at "Neutral".

What!!?? I spent all day killing the entire population of Megaton and I'm just back at a neutral karma level?

Wow, what do I have to do to get an all the way evil karma.

I fast travelled to a scrap yard near the republic of Dave once, only to be surrounded by an enormous amount of super mutants. me and Jericho started fighting them untill one of the stacked cars caught on fire. So I ran for it.

The car's explode in a chain reaction. Miraculously Jericho survived. When I head back to loot the super mutants corpses. Theres nothing but Centaur corpses. Lots of them...
