Trait--Ima Ghoul---Radiation Heals you and [if u play in hardcore mode] you don't need water. BUT people are scared of you so they will attack and do more damage on you.

Perk-The Return [hardcore only]--this perk will Revive all your companions who had previously fallen in battle.

Hungover - Negative effects of your addictions are doubled but your throbbing headaches have made you more annoyed at your surroundings. All attacks do 100% more damage when addicted.

Give peace a chance - You have a knack for diffusing tense situations. Yield attempts are more sucessful and you can choose unique dialouge options. However you are sometimes a bit too trusting which has left you vunerable. Minus 5 damage resistance.

Do you know how to twist? - Your skill on the dance floor are legendary in the wasteland and it has earned you the begrudging respect of various factions. You recieve a temporary boost to your faction reputation when you dance in front faction members.

He ain't heavy - Travelling in a group makes carrying stuff easier. You and your companions gain a 25% boost to your weight limit when travelling together.

Have love, we'll travel - Your such charismatic chap/gal people keep flocking to you. You can now bring another companion along for the ride.

Race with The Devil - That deal you made has brought you back from the dead and made you stronger, but you don't have much time to get your revenge. You gain plus 2 to all SPECIAL attributes and plus 25 to all skills, however you now only have 60 in game days to complete the game before the Devil claims your soul back. (A silly trait that for speed runs)

OP: Trait: Vegan Powers You now get 50% extra health when consuming plant-based products. However, meat gives you 50% less health and a temporary -1 to END.

Perk: Buzzin': You work hard and party hard! All chems now have their effects increased by 25%, but you now have a +5% chance of getting addicted. (Medicine 40, Level 16)

Perk: Flip Flopper 3 levels - A perk that sounded really cool was completely worthless. You get to undo that perk (plus any bonuses it gave you) and chose a different perk.

Biggest Mistake of Your Life: You do not take kindly to those that do not respect you. If an enemy attacks you first, +50% damage to all weapons until enemy is dead. Only applies if negative karma.

Social Network: You have a lot of friends! All those you have talked to while you have positive karma have a 15% chance of asking for a shout-out on Galaxy News Radio. If you hear a shout-out for you, gain +3 END, +3 STR, +3 CHR for 15min.

Sleep on it: If you sleep through the night, something good is bound to happen!

Put... There... Okay.Allows you to make traps out of seemingly useless items (ie string and a glass bottle somehow makes a trap that smashes the bottle into the enemys head)
F*ck them BothThe same as Black Widow, Ladykiller etc but works on both genders, however it doesnt always work.

You are now immune to explosive damage from mines or grenades placed in peoples pockets.

Trait:
Hat Aficionado
You've always had a taste for hats, and everyone knows it. When wearing a hat you feel confident and receive a +1 bonus to your Charisma and Intelligence stats. However, you've always felt naked and uncomfortable without a hat, and you take a -1 penalty to Charisma and Intelligence when not wearing a hat. Also allows for special dialogue options with other fellow appreciators of head wear.

Perk: Tow Truck (Endurance 10, Strength 10, Level 50) Eliminates the weight limit.

Trait: Far Sighted - You are more accurate when shooting from afar than up close. Shooting something more than 10 meters away will add a +50% accuracy rating and shooting things up close will give you a 50% deficit in accuracy. (Have one for near-sighted that does the opposite)

Trait: Vigilante - You do extra damage to those of negative Karma, but they are also instantly hostile towards you, meaning you can not talk to them. (Have one for Black-Hearted that does the opposite.)

Turn based: The entire game is now turn based and viewed from a top down perspective.Also you can now detect any hidden enemy that is not using a stealth field.

Secret Agent:
You've learned much about subtlety and espionage from those old spy movie holo-tapes. Officers and Guard Dogs are now unable to detect you through your disguise unless you interact with them and blow your cover. You've also become experienced with easy to hide weaponry. All damage with holdout weapons is increased by 25%.

Thog no like: Int <4, Melee weapons 50, Unarmed 50. When fighting with Melee weapons or Unarmed, you gain a +25% chance for a critical hit if the target is smarter or as smart as you are (Int Stat)

Disarming smile: Cha 6. You may add half your cha to your DT

Crafty Bastard: Every time you craft something, you gain a 5% exp bonus for 1 minute

Till you see the whites of their eyes!: When fighting an enemy up close, you gain a 10% damage bonus, at the cost of 10% less accuracy in V.A.T.S.

Winning!: You are able to craft the chem "Charlie Sheen". It cannot be bought (As it isn't avalible anywhere). The chem has a 100% addiction rate.

Nutshots: You may now aim for that area using V.A.T.S. Criticals will stun the target

Kleptomaniac: It isn't your fault! Pickpoketing no longer results in negative karma. However, if caught, you will still be punished.

Off with his head: Bladed Melee weapons (knife, sword, straight razor) increased by 25% and each killing blow now has a 75% chance of removing the head.

Does that mean I keep the bonus if I just run backwards? Cool. Its not a retreat, its advancing in another direction!

Perks:

Momentum: Each time you land a melee attack, the next attack does 10% more damage. This stacks for every attack you hit, until you miss or target is dead. Both reset the counter to 0.

Big Iron: Fastest draw in the West! Your first shot from a weapon will always be 100% accurate when fired from holster.

Springheel Jack: You can jump high. Like, really high. Also you don't take fall damage. Have fun testing those invisible walls!

Xenomorph: A strange mutation (or one too many Cactus Burritos) has given you acid blood! Enemies standing near you take damage when you do.

Traits:

Wasting Illness: You've always had a weak constitution, so you've had to eat a lot to keep your strength up. As a result, foodstuffs just don't have the same healing effect that they should. On the plus side, nothing upsets your palate anymore, and any negative side effects of food or drink is removed.

Bland: Try as you might, you simply don't stand out in a crowd. You don't really offend, per say, but not many really want to spend much time around you. Initial reactions to you will always be Neutral.

Smart-dressed man/lady: You get a charisma bonus for having expensive or well-maintained items, but a penalty for having broken items.

Enter Sandman: Sleeping NPCs will be much less likely to wake up if you disturb them.

Stairway to Heaven: Agility boost when you're high up.

Rock Lobster: Absolutely nothing of use.

OP: Your trait isn't a trait. It had a positive but no negative... The trait version of that would say that you suffer a permanent -1 to all SPECIAL but get the +2 at 25% or less.

Trait- Glass Cannon- You do +5% damage but take +8% damage.

Perk- Pistolero- Your pistol fire is more accurate outside of VATS. (Like for example a scoped .44 bullet doesn't actually go in the middle of the crosshairs everytime, this would make it so it is far more likely to shoot dead center making long distance shooting better)
