Mine is actually a song from Valkyria Chronicles called A Fevered Offensive. The music itself is very positive and "go-getting", and immediately changes my mood and tactics to offensive.

The best one for me is in banjo kazooie.
When you get an egg inside a jar in the mansion level they say 'thank you', the only problem from that is that they sound like they are saying 'fuck you'.
I was 6 when i heard that, parents reaction was classic.

Also- the ping from cod 4 is a good one.
-The barret 50 cal or D-Eagle from cod 4 as well.
