Code Monkeys, HOW DID G4 NOT RENEW THAT SHOW?!?!?!? One episode ended when the show crashed and then cut to a hand blowing into the show's game cartridge, making the whole episode reset itself like an old NES game.
Genius!!

Reading through the first page has made me facepalm so much...

The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy was canceled?
Samurai Jack was canceled?
Megas XLR was canceled?
My name is Earl was canceled?
WTF???

I just thought that they ended. Damn.

OT: I'd say Firefly.

The anime movies were ok, but meh. Toonami during the week, and when Tom was like this:
and before this weird thing here:
Exactly! They turned Tom from an awesome loner to a fucking retarded steamengine with arms and a wheel for legs.

Megas XLR

I even downloaded and watched the 2 seasons that exist, but as it turns out the shows production was scrapped (cuz of low ratings!!!! wth) and so the damn story is incomplete.

Drat and double drat.

Firefly of course.

And I believe that will win this thread as it always does.
Could you explain what the show was about all I know about it is that I never watched it.
Firefly is about space-cowboys, a psychic girl who is the victim of mental rape by the government, and Joss Whedon being a fool for dealing with Fox.
Paha, I like the cut of your jib, feller.

But no, Firefly was amazing, and Joss Whedon's only failure of judgement is the aforementioned Fox-y business.

Mine would be Dead Like Me, but I also miss Threshold. :(
My main problem with Threshold is that actions never had consequences... The biggest example of this was the EMP going off, casuing the entire city to blackout at the end of that episode. And the next episode everyone carried on as if nothing had happened. I don't even think it got mentioned :S

Other than that though I did find it very interesting and I miss it too...
It got mentioned a few times in episodes after it happened, also the thing growing on the bottom of the ocean was meant to be some massive storyline, but they were axed with barely enough time to make a final episode, most of the last episodes went unaired in the USA, luckily they all aired here in the UK.

Veronica Mars. Have all the DVD boxsets now.

Hopefully the movie will be made to properly wrap things up

Well... If you asked me last week I would have said Digimon. But with the New series and all, I'm gonna say it's gonna be Firefly. Shame they ended it, cos those were some mighty high production values and plot.

Calumon: I kinda liked Danny Phantom. : )

Dexter's lab, SAMURAI JACK (of course), Invader Zim (although you can kind of understand why, I mean, it's Vaskez (or however you spell it) sorry but his humor is not exactly.... Nick).

Grim and Mandy was really funny at first, I loved how it was sort of a darker humor, however, they dulled it down (probably to avoid being canceled) therefore it got less funny.

Sure I will go ahead and say firefly but hell it's fox. And on that note Titus.

I never really watched toonami however, I do know that the stuff they carried on there was just like a "so your not old enough to watch adult swim yet BUT we have these shows here for you!" so I guess that's okay.

I suppose that is it.

I liked the American release of Mobile Suit Gundam on Toonami. But after Sept. 11, they cut it off at Lala's Dilema. They actually cut a lot of action shows because of that, especially cartoons. I guess in their eyes, a red, white, and blue giant robot fighting evil is a representation of terrorism.

Back in the late 60s, Star Trek was slated to be canceled and had to be rushed to a conclusion. As such, it has an ending that was different from what Roddenberry had initially planned. But at least when it came back in syndicated reruns it got rave reviews and became a cultural icon.

I miss Megas XLR, Firefly, and Samurai Jack the most. I have several other shows I'd bring back if I could as well, but I'd be here all afternoon writing them down, and then you'd be here most of the night reading it.
