I love huskies, i practically grew up with huskies so of course they are my favorite breed. My second favorite would be the Alaskan malamute, similar to the husky but bigger and less likely to run you to death. I'm going to be a personal trainer and i have this little joke i always say: people walk up to me and ask "What can i do to get myself motivated to run everyday" my response "get a siberian husky"

Huskies. I love them so.

They're big, solemn, quiet, loyal, energetic, and so much fun to hug.
Huskies aren't big, they're actually medium or even small dogs. Alaskan Malamutes are the bigger brothers of Huskies, and they happen to be my favorite. My first dog was a Malamute and he was very friendly, very fluffy, and very strong. Not to mention that it was always funny to watch him let the snow bury him while laying on a slab of ice in our backyard.

I also like Labradors.
I've never met a Malamute, but I used to own 2 yellow labs, and they were the awesomest dogs in the universe (well, they were already middle-aged when I was a kid, so I didn't know either of them when they were in their mischievous and fantastic stages of life).......

Samoyeds! I had two growing up and I LOVE them! Once my wife and I get out of the small apartment we have, I'm totally getting one.

Here is one as an adult:

And just for Richard Groovy Pants, here is one as a puppy:

Highland Terrier
Samoyed
Silky Yorkie.

Though my BF has 2 Shih Tzus and they look like Mogwai/Ewoks.
They also remind me of the British Stereotype.... prissy with bad teeth.

I have to go with the Keeshond. First, because they're adorable. Second, because they're friendly and great with kids. Third, they're adorable. Fourth, they can act as mousing dogs (which is what they were bred to do).

and......

THEY'RE ADORABLE!

I miss my Murphy.

I'm a big fan of Labs also. Great dogs and usually pretty smart. I also wouldn't mind a Bernese Mountain Dog.

I completely forgot about Corgis.
They form about 80% of the Queens awesomeness.
Holy Lord. That is the most adorable thing I've seen all day.

*weeps* Curses on dormitory rules that don't allow me to own a dog! I miss having a dog so very, very much...

Yeah they are pretty stupid sometimes. But it's the Winnie the Pooh kind of stupid.
I can't help but love them, even when they get stuck in the cat-door.

That's the joke.

My family have had either Springer Spaniels, or Yellow Labradors, for about four generations now, and I love Labs. They're loving, and all seem to have their own distinct personalities. Pretty easy-going, too - they get their walk, and their food, and they're content.

My current dog, Dap:

Siberian Huskies for the win.
I knew a Husky by the name of Ice. She belonged to one of my neighbors. I don't know if this is representative of all huskies, but Ice had creepy ice-blue eyes that almost seemed to glow in the dark. If I woke up at night and saw my dog looking at me with eyes like that, I might have to change my sheets. I'd be so scared.

But it is generally accepted that Golden Retrievers are not dumb.
And I'm not at all biased (*glances at avatar*). Well, maybe a little biased...

My favorite would have to be a havanese, it was my first dog so I have a nostalgic reason for loving it.
Most you you are like Havanese? Gahzuntite. No I didn't sneeze.
It's a small breed that was bred in cuba to hunt rats. they have a great coat that's soft and fluffy and don't shed like normal dogs do. :3

Scottish Terriers. Why? Because I've always grown up one. :)

I'm sure you're looking at mine and thinking, "WTF?" It's true - Jack(my dog) is a bit different from most Scotties. We live in Texas so it's generally hotter. Thus being the case, he get's his hair cut similar to a Schnauzer. Also, he's ears are larger and longer than the average Scotty - but that's one of the many reasons why we love him :)

Haha! Victory for Border Collies!
Poodles are second?
That was unexpected.
Rotweiler was a suprise as well.
If I remember correctly the least intelligent breed is the Afghan Hound.
Actually hold on...

Yeah they are. I feel bad about Basset Hounds being near the bottom as well though. They remind me of Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh for some reason.
