Favorite Enemies or Enemy in a Video Game

Ooh, difficult one. I think I may cheat a bit by saying the Koreans in Crysis Warhead since, while they themselves aren't very strong or interesting, it is so much fun to do all those fancy tricks with the Nanosuit and they're at the correct level of strength and cleverness on Normal difficulty to really let you have fun with them with those brilliantly fun Nanosuit strategies.

A lot of the collosi in shadow of the collosus come to mind, particularily the 13th i think it was, flying collosus in the desert.

That and the 9 tailed fox in okami, looked cool and was a fun fight, bugger kept drawing over my paint lines

Juggeranuts. I love them. In Special Op's mode when I was playing with my Cuz, we nicknamed them "Big Daddies".In Estate Takedown, one of us would throw grenades in the house to distract the Juggernaut, and then the other take him down with a sniper rifle while throwing swear words at the guy. Occasionally, when we like to dick around we went in Kamikaze style at the guy.

Epic fun.

Think about it: In a way, they are enemies. If you have to beat a game of pipe dream/Quick Time Event to get better prices on their goods, does this not mean you were competing against them? If someone is your enemy, does this not mean you are competing against them? Does this not make the vending machines enemies? Does this not make sense?

Fourthed if we are going for a group of enemies, the Helghan army is cool for so many reasons.

If we are looking for an individual enemy my vote is for Kefka, damn I hated that guy, but as an enemy he is awesome.

The Heartless from Kingdom Hearts always stood out as well-designed enemies. Challenging to fight (some of them, anyway) and each of them had a very distinctive visual style.
