Kuat Drive Yards from Star Wars. Even the Imperials have some good men with strong morals in their ranks, but it seems that absolutely everyone from that planet/ship construction company is a grade-A scumbag. I still have yet to understand the motives of the most famous Kuat Noble in the novels, and I'm very good at understanding the twisted motives of villains. Oh, and also when they have children they immediately exile the father/mother who is not of the noble blood from having any contact or relation with their child.
