Tactics is my #1. Crystal Chronicles for GC is probably my #2 right now. I don't really have all that much experience with the series proper. So far my favorite is 10, but I haven't touched most the series yet. 10 is probably may favorite for now because it's the one I played the most of. Unfortunately, I had rented it when it first released and didn't finish it. I never bough it until recently and don't remember what was going on where I left off and haven't gathered the willpower to start over yet.
Been playing FF1 on my iPod Touch to kill time whenever I'm waiting for something but don't have time to play a real game, and when i finish that I'll move on to 2 likely with the same purpose unless there's a huge jump in plot depth between the two, which judging from FF3, is not the case.
I have active games of both 3 and 4 on my DS. I actually dislike 3 and only play it when I'm trying to fall asleep but I'm not realy tired. 4 is pretty cool though.
Working my way through 7 on the PSP. Pretty decent but don't really care about many of the chars yet, but it's still early, I just left the first city. Will probably get 9 after I finish 7 before going to 8, because 9 looks more traditional story wise and 8's magic system sounds like it blows.
Not sure if I'll get back to 10 or do 13 first. Probably do both and 10-2 before 12 though, don't think I'll like 12's battle system.
Haven't decided yet what I'm going to do for 4-2, 5 & 6. From what I've heard 5 or 6 will probably be my favorite. Not sure if I'll wait for remakes or play the GBA versions for 5&6 once I finish the DS games. For 4-2 not sure if I want to get the WiiWare version or wait and see if it gets a portable game.
