Ah the old "who is your favorite superhero" thread. Asking us many nerdlings who our idols of fantasy badassery are. A staple just like cheap wine, as in something you can keep on chugging. But who in the vastness of all the superhero world happens to be your very favorite?

For me it would be My Little Pony, because they can beat motherfucking goat-dragons while being fabtabulous and no I do not have a vagina nor am I gay.

I'll go with Prince Myshkin. He's the reason I consider being called an idiot a compliment. Other contenders: Brendan Heat from Gungrave (loyalty and all that), Faramir from LotR series (for refusing the ring. In the book anyway) and Lucifer from the Vertigo comic series (I can't put his awesomeness into words).

EDIT: having seen Foggys post, I now feel like a total jackass for forgetting Rorschach.

My favorite hero from anything ever is the T-Rex from Jurassic Park. The main characters are just about to become raptor food, then bam Rexy bursts in and saves them. Plus he ate a lawyer, there's no characarter more heroic than him.

My favorite "hero" is Deadpool.

I like Korbin Dallas from Fifth Element, mainly for his quick and precise 'negotiation' technique. William Munny from 'Unforgiven', if he can actually be called a hero, is another at the top of my list.

Batman, or Harry Dresden, from the Dresden Files. Batman, is well, Batman. As for Harry Dresden, its like Jim Butcher took me, made me a wizard detective, older, and slightly more wise assed. God I love it.
