Giant Robo:

Shocking Alberto: Let's get something straight kid. I'm not doing this to save you, your buddies or because saving the world gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I may not be privvy to all the deep dark secrets of this covert operation, but I am certain about one thing: I will be DAMNED if I am to sit by the sidelines and watch as this megalomaniacal adolescent decides the outcome of the world. That fate will be decided at another place and time in a final showdown between Big Fire and you IPO vigalantes! Isn't that right? Isn't that right?! ISN'T THAT RIGHT?!
...
Isn't it, Taisou?

Of course, the obvious one from ME3 and the Ninth Doctor's. (which both have already been mentioned)
But wait, I have one of my own! It is by Robert Erskine Childers, an Irish nationalist.
"Take a step forward lads - it'll be easier that way."
He was sentenced to be executed. Childers decided to shake the hand of every shooter in the firing squad. That guy was a badass.

I forget which Of the Dead that was, but it's one of the more memorable dying lines.
That's Day of the Dead. Badass zombie kill, badass lost words. A Madness series-styled tribute homaged that scene by having the guy flip the zombies off instead.

"That's not funny... that's not... " -- The Joker, Return of the Joker
This is kind of hilarious in hindsight given the Jokers last words in arkham city are:
"That actually is... pretty funny!"

I dunno, i always found that kind of mildly hilarious in a Meta humor kind of way...*crickets chirp* Just me huh?

My friend's character in Call of Cthulhu, after blowing the head off a hired goon and taking a bullet to the chest in return.
'The pain of a sword, it feels... strange.'
Rarou, Sword of the Stranger.
Have you ever heard the Tale of Old Man Henderson? Truly, there has never been a greater death for any Call of C'thulhu character.
Indeed I have heard tell of Old Man Henderson. Since I am a GM first and a player second, my time is usually spent engineering deaths rather than participating in them

Captcha: Barber chair
Hmmm.....
That gives me an idea...

really? No one's done this one yet? Mass Effect 3
Legion, if you decide to not let him upload the reaper upgrades. He attacks you and Tali stabs him in the back. Legion kneels, looks up at Tali and says "Tali'Zorah....does...this..unit....have......"
then Tali says "..Yes...yes it does"
This.

I fucking bawled after that. I really didn't want to kill him but Tali is probably my favorite character.

Not really sure if this counts, but in the Mass Effect games, I convinced Saren and The Illusive Man to commit suicide...I played as a paragon :p

Can I go with something that isn't actually the last words of the person dying?

As I mentioned in the 'deaths that hit you the hardest' thread, Shirley really got me. However, what added to it was Lelouch's 'I ORDER YOU TO LIVE', which really smacked it right home when she couldn't.
That doesn't count.
Aww. Thought I'd stick it in there anyway, since those were some of the last words spoken by anyone at the time of death, and they really made the death hit home for me harder.

I figured with so many Cowboy Bebop fans this one single word would've cropped up by now.

Oh well; "...Bang..."
