Just a brilliant way to follow up the same scene in the first game which was:

sheer brilliance, fell off my chair when it did that the first time, was not expecting it.

Others would have to be Joker when Jack and Miranda are arguing and he tells Shepard he best sort it out

Jokers face makes it even better. Everything from Joker (and Joker with EDI) is pure brilliance.

I don't have any different quote from those given so far, but I did think that Shepard punching the female reporter in the face on Citadel (renegade action) was hilarious, as it was completely unexpected lol
