A whole lot of stuff, but a special kind of "redneck hors d'eouvre (spelling?)" that my dad makes comes to mind.

Dove breast (wild game, no less) stuffed with a jalapeno, wrapped in bacon, and grilled.

Food of the gods, right there.

I feel like nothing in the world beats a well cooked Duck. Also the one time I had Quail it was amazing as well. Lamb would be a close third.

All assuming they've been cooked perfectly.

Seriously? What's it taste like? I would love to try it sometime XD
It's slightly less bitter than panda, while having a nicer texture than a bald eagle or a dolphin.

Actually it would either be beef tenderloin or gravlax (cooking salmon without using heat).

Nom nom nom.

Chicken. I basically grew up with it, it's all I've ever known... aside from the days I eat ground beef or the incredibly rare times I eat a large, juicy steak.

A Kobe beef steak. It was outrageously expensive, but my god it was good. I even got a little card with the family history of the particular animal my piece came from. At least, that's what I think is on there, it's all in Japanese so I'm just assuming. There's also a rumor the cows there get fed beer...

I assume you also like to eat Pandas and Bald Eagles too?

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II should award you your own personal Swan fillet!

Lamb is the family favorite in my house, with our Mediterranean blood coursing through our veins and all.

For both my dad's and my own birthday, we roast a whole lamb, spoke style.

EDIT: Snake is also quite good, but you gotta get a big meaty one or it's a waste of time and effort.

TEAM!

In all seriousness, probably chicken. It's versitale, from a leg, to a breast in ramen, to those bits you hope are chicken in a pie.

Pork comes second, it's good for casserole and stir-fry, especially after marinading it.
