May seems gross, but I really like veal heart. It tastes like steak but the taste is accentuated and the meat is a little bit tougher, just the way I like it.

Dammit, everytime someone runs a thread like this I get the itch to take off to visit some blackfellas I know up in the tribal lands in coastal north-western Western Australia for some Sea Turtle and Dugong (manatee)... Or maybe take up the long standing invite from some Tiwi Islanders for me to visit and have proven to me no one does sea turtle better than Tiwi Islanders.

I love all meats, but my favourite would have to be ostrich. It's a lot like beef, but tastier, leaner, and contains Omega 3 oils which you don't normally get in land animals.
Camel is pretty good too, it can be better than beef if cooked by someone who knows how to cook it.

I could eat chicken every single day and never get tired of it. I don't like other meats that much actually.

Big choice between Wagyu or Kobe beef. Both medium rare. So delicious...

Filet mignon stuffed with eggs and wrapped in fried pastrami. Bear meat seasoned just right is a close second followed by snake grilled over an open fire with salt and BBQ sauce.
