I saw a forum which asked about peoples favorite game music, I did some searching and was surprised that I didn?t find one about movies
Mine would be Sweeney Todd

This is a tough one but I have to say the Lord Of The Rings soundtrack wins by the slimmest of margins.

Live, Lord of the Rings. Probably Fellowship of the Ring, but add in Billy Boyd's song from Return of the King.

Animated...toss up between Mulan and Lion King.

I don't know whether it's my very favourite soundtrack of all time (it's no John Williams), but off the top of my head I'll say that the Judgement Night [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judgment_Night_(soundtrack)] soundtrack is awesome.

Just saw Terminator Salvation (now one of my all-time favorites) and I have to say, I loved the sound track.

Damn how could I forget that one, and Assassination of Jesse James. Those two are damn near perfection. Can't wait for The Road.

Nick Cave's movie scores are just amazing! I loved the Assasination of Jesse James' score as well, but I much prefer the Proposition as a whole, movie and soundtrack, so I always think of it first.

The Battlestar Galactica Soundtracks (TV series is close enough) by far the best soundtrack I have ever heard....

I couldn't agree more (or perhaps I should say "so say we all" )
Bear McCreary is actuaally one of my favorite composers, I'm just listening to his Caprica soundtrack right now - completely different sound to BSG but just as good.

Queen of the Damned easily the best.. if not for the awesome music, for the fact that the entire movie looks like a music video.
