I'm a fan of any game that features proximity mines or sticky grenades. Also, the Laptop Gun from Perfect Dark makes me laugh every time.

For some reason I'm somewhat obsessed with the rail launcher from Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight. I mean, I'm a fan of rocket launchers in general, but there's just something about the way the thing spins and the sound it makes after you fire that adds that oh-so-necessary extra touch of awesome. Also relevant: I might be a little crazy?
The Electrodriver from Painkiller. To quote Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation, "It shoots shurikens and lightning! The only way it could be more awesome is if it had ***s and was on fire!"
the smoker from l4d, the pipe bombs/molotovs and the power fist from dawn of war: warhammer 40k. even tho thats a strategy game, its fun to send units of enemies flying around, not being able to do a shit.
the smoker is just plain badass, coz if u use it right, u can make a pinãta for the zombies. the pipe bomb coz it almost magnetizes the zombies to it, before blasting them into oblivion. and of course the molotovs, coz they burn the living crap out of them.

I could pick 10 from Rise of the Triad alone, especially the drunk missle and firebomb... >.<
I guess I'll have to stay sort of plain for now: ASMD Shock Rifle from UT3. I prefer the original to be honest, but it doesn't do something that the UT3 one does: Create BLACK HOLES.

The physics engine not only annihilates your opponent with the explosion, but then pulls in their gibs with the small after-effect of the black hole when you shock-combo.

Doom -- BFG 9000 It's the FIRST mini-nuke launcher (Clear a wave o' demonic a-holes with one shot? FUCKING A)

Half life 2(3 winners) -- .357 magnum (made me enjoy the source engine), gravity gun (again made me fall in love with the source engine, propelling ragdolls were never that fun, and the Ravenholm level was enthusiastically fun), and the bolt gun or crossbow that shot nails i never remembered the name (tagging unlucky SOB's to ,hell other unlucky SOB's is the high point.)
and Turok - cerebral bore (digging into a beasts brain and yanking it out (sobs) classic)

I love the fans that Da Qiao and Xiao Qiao in Dynasty Warriors use. Pretty and they have surprisingly long range.
