Misfile [http://www.misfile.com/] (great comic about a racing guy suddenly turned into a girl, has been affected by Cerberus Syndrone [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CerebusSyndrome])
VG Cats [http://www.vgcats.com/] (when they have something occasionally)
Super Effective [http://www.vgcats.com/super/?strip_id=0] (Great comic about the pokemon series, but is also suffering the same fate as VG Cats. Of course that expected since they are both made by the same guy)
Brawl in The Family [http://brawlinthefamily.keenspot.com/] (quirky little comic about nintendo characters)

My favorite is Penny Arcade, closely followed by XKCD. I know it's cool to hate them lately, but I like them.

I also follow homestuck, name game, and critical miss.

Only 1 really that I care for and it finished a LONG time ago: 8-bit theater.

Awesome story and hilarious.

Read stolen pixels from time to time but it's just ok.

XKCD is by far the best I have found. I also read Cyanide and Happiness but most are terrible expect the odd ones. It still kills time not matter how bad they are.

I suppose I'd be lying if I didn't say Homestuck...

But also: Unspeakable Vault (of Doom)

Well I'd love to say my own web comic but because every artist I know either sucks at drawing or broke up with me and won't speak to me again I can't say that.

so I will say Dominic Deegan: Oracle For Hire.

XKCD- I like the intellectual humor. It makes me feel good that I understand a large majority of their comics while many have no clue what they mean.
Cyanide and Happyiness- I don't really know why, but I love every one of those comics, except for Matt's. Those aren't really that funny.

All my absolute favorite humor comics stopped updating: Achewood, Perry Bible Fellowship and A Lesson Is Learned.

I am, however, a fan of Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal and one of their side projects, Snowflakes, Darwin Carmichael is Going to Hell (the cutest comic I still enjoy), Loldwell, Oglaf and XKCD.

As for non-humor comics, I highly recommend Quantum Vibe, Rice-Boy comics and Templar, AZ. The first updates Monday-Friday, the others update spottily, but it's usually worth it. I like to wait a while, then read a whole mess of their comics. Also, Rice-boy has two complete long tales that you can use to while away the time before reading the most recent one.

And these are just my favorites of the ones I read. I have a slew of ones that I like that I just read occasionally.

Cyanide and Happiness, QC, and XKCD.

I don't know very many but those are the ones that I read all the time.
These plus Penny Arcade, Virtual Shackles, and Control-Alt-Delete.
