One of my favorite radio tags from Red Faction Guerrilla:
"Those assholes said this equipment was dust proof. Nothing works now! I'm a surveyor, lost on Mars. The irony is killing me, literally."

Ulysses from Fallout: New Vegas is something of a favourite character of mine.

"My history isn't revenge, or hate. The road that brought us both here - isn't about that. It's about the message you carried. The one in that package whether you knew it or not."

His entire motivation is literally the trope 'For me it was Tuesday' except it was Tuesday FOR YOU. His plan is entirely built from what he learnt from you.

"No need to kill the bear. Just cut it's throat. I will turn the long 15 into miles of fire. Cut off the supply line, and leave the bear exposed for the bull."

Lastly, his entire reason for living revealed and destroyed by you.

"You brought the bear, then the bull, brought me. And there I saw something larger than the Bear, greater than the Bull, a new way of thinking. Somewhere I could have called my home, could have lain my flag down at last. Then you brought the machine in that package, destroyed my home. Now, I'll destroy yours."

And of course the ending narration.

"It is said that war - war never changes. Men do. By the roads that they walk. And this road has reached its end."
This, definitely.
Ulysses makes me want to go and replay Fallout: NV again now...
I especially like the one about cutting the bear's throat. Was a very interesting analogy, depicting the two sides as nothing more than animals.
Whoever did Ulysses' script is an incredible writer.

I have another Goku line I'm fond of, but it only makes sense in context:
Goku (after having eaten nearly 50 full course meals at this fancy resteraunt finally looks like he's maybe had enough, but turns to the waiter: "Can I have another?"
Bulma: "Goku, don't you think you've had enough?"
Goku: *pauses* "Yeah I guess you're right"
Everyone *visibly sighs with relief*
Goku: "...better save room for dessert."
Everyone: *FWUMP*

Just thinking about that scene makes me lol.

I simply have to go with the classic.

If there is anything I have learned in my travels across the Planes, it is that many things may change the nature of a man. Whether regret, or love, or revenge or fear - whatever you believe can change the nature of a man, can. I've seen belief move cities, make men stave off death, and turn an evil hag's heart half-circle. This entire Fortress has been constructed from belief. Belief damned a woman, whose heart clung to the hope that another loved her when he did not. Once, it made a man seek immortality and achieve it. And it has made a posturing spirit think it is something more than a part of me.
Just...amazing. What makes it even better is that you can kill the final boss by saying it.

Mine comes from a manga. Specifically, Read or Dream.

Anita: Maggie, when you were sick as a kid, did you ever feel like you were lost? All alone?
Maggie: ... Yes.
Anita: Do you ever feel like that now?
Maggie: No.
Anita: Why?
Maggie: Because I know I'm not alone.

"I see Barsad, and Cly, Defarge, The Vengeance, the Juryman, the Judge, long ranks of the new oppressors who have risen on the destruction of the old, perishing by this retributive instrument, before it shall cease out of its present use."

-Charles Dickens A Tale of Two Cities
Just so perfectly sums up the French Revolution and the reign of terror that came afterward. In three lines Dickens described any era better than any history textbook or history teacher ever has for me.

I have several. Allow me to bore you with them all.

"You know, the world isn't run by the laws written on paper. It's run by people. Some according to laws, others not. It depends on each individual how his world will be; how he makes it. And you also need a whole lot of luck, so that somebody else doesn't make your life hell. And it ain't as simple as they tell you in grade school. But it is good to have strong values and to maintain them. In marriage, in crime, in war. Always and everywhere. I messed up. So did Paulie and Sam. We wanted a better life, but in the end we were a lot worse off than most other people. You know, I think it's important to keep a balance in things...yeah, balance, that's the right word. Because the guy who wants too much risks losing absolutely everything, of course the guy who wants too little from life might not get anything at all."
"That's the thing about girls. Every time they do something pretty, even if they're not much to look at, or even if they're sort of stupid, you fall half in love with them, and then you never know where the hell you are. Girls. Jesus Christ. They can drive you crazy. They really can."

"Certain things they should stay the way they are. You ought to be able to stick them in one of those big glass cases and just leave them alone. I know that's impossible, but it's too bad anyway."

I admit, I might be paraphrasing a bit because I'm too lazy to look up the exact quote

"When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." ~ Sherlock Holmes

"I like shorts. They're comfy and easy to wear." ~ Random Youngster in Pokemon

"This is going to be one hell of a bowel movement. Afterwards, he'll be lucky if he has any bones left." ~ Professor Farnsworth

My favorite is the Litany Against Fear from Dune:

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

But I also like the ending quote from Labyrinth:

Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, I have fought my way here to the castle beyond the Goblin City to take back the child that you have stolen, for my will is as strong as yours, and my kingdom as great ? You have no power over me.
