Favourite haunting melodies in game music

One of my favorite songs that creeped me the hell out the first time I heard it was the song in portal

just as you were about to slide into the fire

that just twisted my stomach and made me go AERRGHHH Holy crap!

The braid song is another good one... But actually one that sticks with me as being haunting is the Bubble Man theme from Mega Man 2. It's the most eerie and melancholy of the songs, the other ones are quite memorable but something about that theme, especially in the context of the very blue and white level, really stuck with me.

Edit: Not really a song, but the sound it makes every time you travel through a book in the myst games, that whhooooooaaaaaaaaam sound is stuck in my mind, sometimes I'll go through a door and hear that sound in my head.

LoZ:MM had some creepy music, one of the creepier ones was the snowhead temple theme [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnrOO4I_fq0]. That's not to say there weren't creepier music that's just the one that sticks out the most to me.

The Karazhan music in World of Warcraft. It's this tower that this incredibly powerful magician used to live in, and now it's haunted by level 70 elite demons.
All the while you're in there, this eerie harpsichord waltz is playing... not very cool in the wee hours of the morn.

Metroid Prime games have sweet music.

Fable has great music.
