The Iron Boots in Twilight princess, but only in light of the Goron Mines. You could Walk on the sides of walls and ceilings, for Navi's sake! Though why his shield doesn't get stuck to the damn things is beyond me.

The fire rod from four swords adventures. There's something incredibly awesome about setting a field of grass on fire and watching your enemies burn
Plus, at level 2 it can create blocks that explode in fire.
along with that I'd go with the ocarina, and the wind waker. They're so damn useful.
