I was wondering, what are the best lines of dialogue you heard in the game?

Mine has to be:
Doctor: "It's a trap!"
Batman: "I know. But not for me"

The way he said "but not for me" sounded like a completely different actor! LOL

This one bewilders me, I have absolutely no idea what to make of it. Could you point me in the right direction for reading up on whatever it's about?

I don't know why that line sticks with me, it just does.

the line is: "you have enough drugs in you to drive ten men insane!"

my favorite is "What scares you Batman? Failing to save this cesspool of a city? Not getting to Gordon in time? Me...in a thong?"

I know, I'm doing a second play through with subtitles on, and I noticed the difference. This really annoys me though because the line "to drive dead men insane" is much better.

But even with subtitles I didn't notice the ending to the line you gave. Ewww...

EDIT: I'd also like to add Joker's "I'm Warden Idiot, you'll never escape, blah blah blah...".

I like it when you win a combat challenge as Joker (PS3 FTW).

"Send in whoever you want! I'll kill them all... and leave them smiling." that last part just creeps me out.

It's a reference to an episode of the 3 stooges in which they work in a hospital as incompetent doctors. Throughout the episode they are constantly being paged and are unable to find the rooms they're supposed to go to.
