Yeah, but that's the melodic shit. I'm not into that. Heres what I listen to.

Or the death metal jazz craziness that is Defeated Sanity. Just bands like that.

The only band that fits into those slots that I can think of (that has a female member) is Cerebral Bore, who have a female lead singer. That's it, pretty much.

Theres plenty of women in deathcore and MDM, but I don't care for those.
You might enjoy Holy Moses. More thrashy than death, but the death influence is still there in the early stuff (which is what you should check out first if you do give'em a shot)

This is my favorite song from their old days.

unless they dress in skanky clothes and sing about sex all the time, that is. Methinks they do have favourites, but they're just afraid to admit it at the risk of looking 'gay'.
Thats why I don't even know many female artists tbh.
Also, surely liking only male artists would affirm the 'gay' factor?
Yeah, that's always confused me. Pehaps it's just the fact that they would be going against the tide of popular (dickhead) music, and they're all sheep who follow the crowd. Just so happens that most musicians (if you can call them that) of the dickhead genre are male.
I can't abide popular music at all to be honest it makes me cringe, every song is about sex or getting dumped and I find it hard to give a toss about it. I also find that people I know who are absorbed into a pop music culture tend to be vapid wastes of skin with no real opinions of their own on any matter.

Just an observation like :3

This thread intrigued me because I don;t actually know any female artists I listen to, unless the hurdy-gurdy player from Eluveitie counts?
