I think Oblivion's Sheogorath was made with this kind of forum in mind. Doesn't even seem fair to the other characters to drop him in here. Like dropping an A-bomb in the middle of a kids soccer tryout.

I once dug a pit and filled it with clouds....or was it clowns.... it doesn't matter, it didn't slow him down. But it really began to smell! Must have been clowns. Clouds don't smell, they taste of butter. And tears.

Pretty much any line spoken in Red Alert 3. For example, in the third(?) Soviet mission, at the beginning you have a bunch of torpedo submarines defending your base against an Allied dolphin attack. One of your Conscripts say, "As a boy I dreamed about torpedo attack on dolphin."
Or when you're attacking New York City one of your Conscripts say, "This place will be called Commander-grad... I think."
