The mattresses from Hitchhiker's Guide, easily. Possibly one of the most surreal things I have read, and yet they were lovable. At least in my head they were.
Yes! This i pure wisdom!

Replicants from Stargate SG-1. They're like Evil Lego... which is the most awesome concept ever

Twi-Lek, the green/ yellow/ blue/ purple skinned peoples from the Star Wars universe with a pair of head tails [lekku]

This is mainly because I am an American and would love to see human strippers complain about female Twi-lek girls. "Dey-tuk-R-Jobs!!!"

Piantas from Super Mario Sunshine. I could give you this really long winded explanation about their vaguely Hawaiian culture or their bright colors... But I'll be honest with you: I just like the way they bug out when you jump on 'em. It's one of life's little pleasures.

Lombaxes. Ratchet alone kicked immeasureable amounts of arse. Now imagine whole species of cute fuzzy aliens who can build spaceships and WMDs in their garages. How awesome is that?

Wookies from Starwars. Oh yes. I went there
Nothing wrong with wookies. They're strong too, heck, one wookie and several ewoks took down the Empire if I remember correctly. :p

The Nemesis, ala Resident Evil 3. Aside from he was a well designed and simple antagonist, he was well utilised in the game for that Hunted fright factor. He was reasonably smart for RE baddies, and PS1 era AI. The fact that he was more than a redesigned Tyrant really made me pleased with him. Not to mention the bastard was only beatable one-on-one once or twice (depending on where you choose your battles) during "random" encounters with him. And you usually had to invest alot of finite ammo into bringing him down. Fingers crossed there were some barrels nearby to help.

The game was totally unforgiving if you didn't have enough ammo, or whatever. He'd jump out, and you'd fight. He'd ever blow you out of the water with his Rocket Launcher, or if you managed to disarm him of it, he'd just clothes-line you, and slam you into a wall. Then IF, and I mean, IF you brought him to his knees, he'd get a 2nd wind (you were supposed to escape in that time frame), and do it all over again! He'd drop sweet loot if you could beat him a second time, though.
He was brilliant, I remember seeing him for the first time... thinking... shit. And unlike other RE baddies who have a pattern which allows you to dodge and counter attack, nemesis seems to be one step ahead... hmmmm... nostalgia, may have to boot it up on the gamnecube now. :D

The only time where he was consistantly beatable was if you beat the game already and had something with infinate ammo. :)

The Asari from Mass Effect. What's not to like about a race of smoking hot women with blue to purple skin?
Damn, took my answer...
I have to say, the aliens from Prey are pretty badass...

Vortigaunts. "Undeserving of consciousness!" How badass is that?

But in terms of hotness I'll have to go with those blue chicks from Mass Effect. The name of the race has slipped my mind.

Okay, foregoing the Borg (there have been star trek games, shaddup), I'd have to say... Zoanthropes from the Bloody Roar series. There's just something damn cool about turning into a half-beast and ripping someone's throat out.
