Favourite video game alien/fantasy race

Alright guys. As the thread title suggests, I'm asking of you today what your favourite fantasy/alien race/civilization from any video game is, and why.

For me right now it's the combine cause I finished hl2 ep 2 a while ago and I'm a borderline fanboy >.<

And yeah there's probably a few threads on this topic, but this is a new one
