people still play this?? wow
Sure, they do. Say about BioWare what you will, but they're their best to keep people interest in the multiplayer: free dlc weapons, gear, characters and maps, weekly balance changes, the new challenge system and its banners, the upcoming N7 Day event. Fans wanted Collectors as a new enemy faction. Guess what, they got em. Fans jokingly asked to play as Volus characters. They got em.

Funny really, when it comes to ME3's multiplayer, BioWare does listen quite well to its fans.
I was just playing ME3's multiplayer two nights ago!

$10 she's another thing MaleShep can bone.
Dat bird-like, cat-like grin. I'd pay $10 for that DLC. Exploring that bony body, oh God, Mass Effect needs this.

looks like the old fallback of creating female fantasy races: less bulky with more human facial features. dont know why it took three games to do that.

Cool, can't help but wonder why it took them so DAMN long to put female turians in Mass Effect. I mean according to the lore they should be as common as Male Turians, they've just never friggin shown up.

He mentions why they didn't have female turians in the game.

Also my trilogy will never die. It will live on, in all of you, in your hearts. Remember I'll always be there, especially if you make a rash and heartless decision. You're welcome.
It's a big name IP. It's going to be named Mass Effect 4. It might have a subtitle but it will be called ME4. They aren't going to ignore free marketing by naming it anything else.

So yeah, everything about this design is awful.

Seriously, that doesn't look like a turian.

That looks like a darkspawn's uglier cousin in a bad mask.

I strongly get the impression that like with a lot of things they put in ME, they have done it just to shut the more vocal fans up.

If they just changed the eyes, I'd think it'd look pretty darn good. It looks a little mask-like, but I don't think it's unreasonable to have a species where the male has a crest the female lacks.

Initial reaction: Hell yes, I may actually get this DLC simply for the joy of meeting a lady turian.

Second reaction: Oh god, I hope Rule 34 artists don't find out about this...

*One google search later*

They're not onto it yet but we don't have much time! Quick, hide, barricade your internet, make a key board chastity belt, and for the love of god don't go on google images!

So it?s was essentiality ?we're too uncreative to represent females without strapping breast or paining makeup on them?. Nice to know.

You really think the R34 artists need an actual in-game appearance of a species to make erotic fanart?
Think again.

OT: I think she looks pretty good, quite similar to the description I read on the Mass Effect Wiki.

Why does all alien females need to be "feminine"?
Where are aliens with less humane features? With reversed gender standards?
You know, where is VARIETY?

Most insects and arachnids have females larger than males.
Most of animals have males as "the pretty" ones.
Yet we still make aliens by human standards.
What next? Elcor females being smaller elcor with more delicate facial features?

P.S. On a side note where are aliens with 3 genders? Aliens whose gender can be set only by scale/fur/skin pigmentation? Aliens with really fucked up reproduction cycle?

That's actually a really cool model. And unlike the Krogan, we actually get to see the face. Not just the eyes beneath some alien burkha.

I was halfway convinced that there were no female Turians and that they were a male-only race.

I stand corrected.

Since I read that Turian females lack the head crest that males sport, since ya know they have Avian qualities, I like the design. Quite a bit actually. She looks cool.
