I really like the "loving, innocent and naive" archetype in girls, though not necessarily for sex. If I had a girl like that, I'd be perfectly content with just cuddling. Now I'm not saying I would reject sex, but I would get a similar feeling of pleasure from just being with the girl.

I read a book called 'The Brain that Changes Itself' that deals with neuro-plasticity and
it says about sexual fetishes that they stem in some way back to your childhood.
Take for example my latex, pvc, leather fetish. To be brutally honest this most likely stems from my mother's knee length leather boots which used to sit in my closet when I was a very young kid. My mum wore them because they were the style in the 70's (not cos she was a hooker) and as a child I used to like them cos they felt nice to touch, looked interesting and were associated with my mother (which when you're child she is the mortal embodyment of God).
Now I'd need to re-read the chapter to get this right but somehow your adolescent brain wires in some of your sexual preferences with the first experiences (non-sexual mind you) you had with the opposite sex because they are identified as safe, nurturing, live givers. If you didn't have such a parent then you can see how your sexuality can get distorted and poisoned. It's all very Freudean. Anyway my affinity for my mum's leather boots as a three or four year old have "evolved" to my affinity for women in skin tight latex bodysuits. That and the neighbourhood girl used to play games where I'd be tied up as a child and it was somewhat frightening and a touch exhilarating. So I think that somewhat explains my predeliction for bondage.

If this is true, then I know EXACTLY where my fondness for guitarists come from. When I was little, my grandparents had an old Geisha guitar that I was allowed to play when I was very good. When I turned 21, they gave it to me as a present because I loved it so. That old Geisha still lives in my room and I still play it on the occasion (despite moving to drums and keyboards as a teenager). My fetish has always been big to huge breasts, with a dabbling in 2D. And I think I know who to blame: Jessica Rabbit. Now, something I've noticed while..."pursuing" my fetishes is how often people's fetishes tend to change.
