Nico Bellic (GTAIV) Driver and hitman combined!
Ezio Auditore (AC2) Freerunning Assassin capable of taking down 20 armed guards with a 6 inch blade.
Altair ibn-La'Ahad (AC1) Another freerunning and skilled Assassin.
Paladin Gallows (FO3) sniper & spec-ops.
Max Payne (MP1&2) can take out a roomfull of bad guys in slow motion.
Ratchet (R&C series) if he can save the galaxy in every game his in, he can probably be a bodyguard.
Hard to choos but probably one from that list.

I nominate Millia Rage from Guilty Gear as my bodyguard. Let's be honest, she doesn't look dangerous at all. Then the second someone tries to mess with me she'd kill them with her own hair. It'd be perfect.

Goku: There's nothing in this world that could hurt him even a little bit. He can teleport and destroy entire planets effortlessly.
Sam Fischer: He can blend in anywhere, steal anything and no mission is too hard. For those moments where I need a bodyguard but he can't be seen.
Spike Speagel: He is an amazing fighter, agile, dead accurate, quick-thinking, experienced and isn't afraid to die. He is also a skilled pilot that could provide air support and evac.
Fawkes: He is seemingly invinceable, has a minigun that shoots freaking lasers, and he has already proved to be a perfect bodyguard on our 100+ hour adventures.
