Book of Eli. From this website I heard nothing but bashing on that movie. But when you mention anything about religion in a mostly atheist community, it becomes worse than acid.

I saw it last night and I thought it was bad ass. I even had the twist of the movie ruined for me, and I still thought it was tight. The thing I was mostly worried about was the action scenes, but even those were extremely well coreographed.

Around here, I'm one of very few that liked Inglourious Basterds, the only other I person I can think of is Fellwarden.
I'm also the only one I know that really liked the Indiana Jones movies, yet I still haven't seen that newest one.

Wait a second, people didn't like Inglorious Basterds? I thought that was one of the most well written and performed movie in the past 5 or 6 years?

Who the hell can say that movie sucked. Its fantastic. I still quote "HECTOR!" from time to time with friends for a quick laugh.

I thought Fast and the Furious 4 was a good movie but alot of my friends insist its shit. I also enjoy every James Bond movie (Except In Her Majestys Secret Service) whereas I know alot of people who say they're really bad movies.

I don't know about films that I love and others hated... but I know people who have never seen EITHER of the first two Terminators. I know a guy who says he's the greatest action movie buff in existence, but has never watched T2.

It's a retelling of one of the most famous stories ever created, and has kickass action scenes to boot!

AvP was dire, no story, lousey acting, shitty pacing and underwhelming action scenes.

I've met tons of people that disliked Pulp Fiction, and Quenten Tarantino in general, but Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie of all time.
