something good came out of robin hood.WaffleTron said:Robin Hood, the one from Disney with the fox people. Since Disney just LOVES to bastardize everything with direct to DVD sequels to everything they fucking make.
I love Chewin' The Fat, both the radio and the TV versions. I don't find it that weird though... just Scottish (in the same way I don't think Father Ted is weird... just Irish).arc101 said:Did anyone else think that he is one of the funniest men alive? He was like... well... he could almost be a comic ( no pun intended) and also, im guessing your listen to the comedy club loooooooooads like me, i need a second opinion, do you like that weird Scottish thing...Chewin' The Fat?Jamash said:Speaking of Alan Moore, did you listen to Chain Reaction [http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00lblq9/b00lbl25/Chain_Reaction_Series_1_Stewart_Lee_Interviews_Alan_Moore/] on the radio the other day?

That's not a sequel, that's just Mel Brooks being a wonderfully horrible person. and my personal God.la-le-lu-li-lo said:something good came out of robin hood.WaffleTron said:Robin Hood, the one from Disney with the fox people. robin hood: men in tights.![]()
I did see that one, I just neglected to mention iyCargando said:The Italian job has had a sequel, well a remake sort of thing. It was crap.ConnorCool said:There have been plenty of sequels, prequels and oldschool resurections of films recently, some good, others bad. Whereas I often look forward to a sequel I can find them not up to the standard of the previous film, much to my dissapointment.
Back on topic, I was wondering if you had any films you are glad they haven't made a sequel/prequel for (yet).
2 of mine would be:
(The original) The italian Job
this is a briliant film, and a classic cliff hanger (badum-tish) ending. There could have been a sequel, but there wasn't, which I think would have ruined it.
Monsters, Inc.
I know this is a childs film but watching it back recently was a delight. I'm glad that they havent made a sequel, but I'm half expecting them to do it at some point.
EDIT: I hadnt seen LordCraigus' topic started earlier, so sorry for a little overlap
so feel free to add your own, or even films you did want sequels for (sorry for masses of writing)
One of mine is Once upon a time in the West.
Although it would have been quite hard to carry on the story anyway.
thats only good because in all other films they are portrayed as indestructible killing machines that could cut down trees with their fingernails, throw a grenade atPr0 InSaNiTy said:The Rock was 1 hell of a movie, its quite sad when the navy seals get slaughteredNoremacv said:The Rock.
It was great as it is, and because of the title you can't really have a sequel to it, unless you wanna go back to Alcatraz, this time against a small army of Al-Qaeda terrorists![]()
