Finger nails...

Well I am bored waiting for some crap to render before I hit the ol'CoD, and I thought it was time to make my first thread/post/fail topic.

Now, not really knowing what I was doing I didn't have a topic for sometime but today at work it struck me! I shall discuss finger nails...

Yes fairly random, but I digress!

Anywho, I hadn't cut my nails for about a week cause I couldn't for the life of me remember where on Gods earth I had put the clippers and they were pretty longish for my standards - About 4-5mm from the finger tip.

So popping some kind of Air pillow thing (used for packaging) I jabbed myself with my own nail and it hurt like buggery (got carried away popping them like a giant popping peoples heads ^^). I then started noticing them a lot more, typing, scratching, picking my nose etc and they really began to get on my nerves!

I'm just wondering how long people have theirs?

Do you bite them?

If you got long nails how on earth do you put up with them?!

And hooray topic Virginity is popped \o/ (<- cheering guy in case your wondering).

If this has been done before, search button has lied to me!

I have now cut them, clippers where hiding in down the side of my desk

I despise long nails as much as wasps. I cut them regularly to keep them short.

I do bite my nails, though my girlfriend hates it.

I just do it out of habit really, and I like to keep my nails short.

I cut them with relative frequency, when they start getting long-try not to cut them too short though, you know, where there's only like a miniscule strip of white.

I bite my nails until they start to hurt/bleed, when i was a kid, i sued to bite my toe-nails, though i am too in-flexible to do that now.

I keep mine almost uncomfortably short all the time. I used to bite them, but now I just obsessively clip them every couple days. Toenails too.

You get used to them. Mine are not super long or anything. I hate having my nails short though, it feels weird. I do not bite my nails, but I clean them alot without thinking about it.

i dont bite them, but i keep them fairly short, because i work with a computer all day long, and typing with long nail is just hard. But occasionnaly when i go out, i put long false fingernail.

I used to have my nails pretty long... like 5-6mm beyond the finger. Nowadays they are neatly trimmed.

And no biting allowed!

Mine are usually fairly long I try to keep them clean but often bite them if they get clicks in them, which annoys the hell out of me.

Used to bite. Got braces, havn't ever since. I've got wierd nails though, dirt gathers under them in about a minute which makes me look dirty. Tis irritating.

I also have a question in relation to this thread: You know those fake nails that are like an inch long and pure white? Who the hell thinks they look good?!
Please, anyone who thinks they look good, explain to me for I need to know this!

I cut them at least once a week. I can't stand long fingernails.
I don't bite them, the results'd probably suck anyway.

Keep them short. More hygienic, and long nails get in the way when playing guitar.

dont forget that first, they are not really an inch long because you put them completely over your nail, and second, you are suppose to put nail polish (colored ones) over, so they dont look white.

It's a bit long, but not that extreme, i use less long myself...
