Never. I doubt I will even be in a relationship in the next decade. Well thanks again for eradicating my self confidence.
Damn it, I'm a loser!
Almost forgot to add you to the team.
Sounds like a good plan to me.
Are you CONFIDENT this will work? *waits for applause*

I was 14. We were in the same Army Cadet corps. She turned out to be a huge ***** who was really self-centered. She ended up cheating on me.

14, it lasted for 7 months. Then again at 16, and it lasted 3 months. Then I realized she was crazy and had an obsession with fixing other people's problems (and thereby not paying attention to her own), and separated myself from her.

Now I'm too cynical and anti-social to do anything about the first person I've been interested in after her...

20 and I never had one, for a large number of reasons, including my having sworn off romance after my friend's bad experiences and the fact that no sane girl would be interested in someone as screwed up as I am.

I remember being threatened by her father. I was sitting at her kitchen chair and he came down and (this was the first time he met me) delivered a threat about beating the crap out of me if I messed around with her.

I then stood up and found I was close to a foot taller than him, and broader at that, and the delivered my favourite line.

"My dear sir, I have been threatened with death by a machete-wielding Zulu, been charged by an elephant, and stared down the iron sights of an AK47 at point-blank range. I understand you love and want to protect your daughter, but please rest assured that there is nothing on this continent that could possibly unnerve me."

Good thing he didn't have a shotgun like in "The Singularity's" post.

Remember kids, confidence is attractive, also I strongly suggest not getting into a relationship in High School. Instead, take this time in your life to search yourself and know yourselves. This is how you become more comfortable in yourself and thus gain confidence. Also, there is no need to rush a relationship, that only makes things worse. Sometimes, love usually finds you unexpectedly, I'm sure many here would agree with that.

20, and pleasantly single. Went through high school basically being invisible and having little or no interest in the private school girls whom basically displayed nothing but a disposition of "how can I display daddy's pay check better?" or, "Hur dur I havta act dumb to get a guy."

I'm skipping elementary school girlfriends, and just assuming you mean the one we had sex with first.

I was 13 at the time; She was the first girl to break my heart, and so far the last.

8 years old. She came up and told me I had pretty eyes and asked if I wanted to be her boyfriend.

We broke up years ago, but we're still friends, even after I dated her sister.

16 was the first proper girlfriend (before then was just crushes and fooling around). We had known each other for years upon years as we lived in the same village. We went to different schools however, so it wasn't until I ended up moving to hers that we got to know each other closer.

15, we met in a psychiatric hospital after suicide attempts. This went about as well as you'd expect.

This assuming you don't count "puppy love", because from age 11-13 I "dated" a girl in my class whom I'd known since kindergarten---which basically meant we ate a lot of pizza together and it was kind of assumed we'd go out and play after school (keep in mind I'm old enough that this was before MTV invented hypersexualized childhood). We're still friends to this day.
