Be rude to women. Seriously it works! Just so long as you do it in a joking way, and add plenty of comic self-deprecation too. The unflattering but personal remarks seem to click - telling a women they look horrendous but then make it clear you are just joking, implies that you have actually taken notice their appearance and that you honestly don't think they look bad. It is a secretly flattering remark that is neither too obvious, nor comes off as creepy. And it hopefully will make them laugh. Genius!
