Fav Pony: ...uhh....Fluttershy is all different kinds of Awesome. But I'm gonna go with AppleJack. She's just fun. Pay attention, rest of the world, THIS is how you do a stereotype correctly... I like Rarity and Twilight as well. I don't get all the love for Dash though. She's seems a little hollow to me.
How I got into it: I watched the Pony Effect 2 trailer first. Then I just searched it and Found a random episode (AppleBuck season; which probably explains my choice of fav). TBH I didn't like it TOO much.... I just barely watched another one.....then another.....then another. You get the point.

How I got into it: Yeah, well lets just add it to the list of things that I've discovered thanks to the Escapist! How I got into MLP: Well, browsing escapist forums, and I saw a pony thread. The prospect of a MLP show actually being good intrigued me so I read the topic, watched an episode, watched another one, watched a third one... yeh.

How I got into MLP: Well, browsing escapist forums, and I saw a pony thread. The prospect of a MLP show actually being good intrigued me so I read the topic, watched an episode, watched another one, watched a third one... yeh.
Well I'm not a full hands on Brony but I'm posting all the same.

Fav. Pony: Fluttershy. I'm planning on photoshopping an image why involving dragons and her infalliable logic.
How I got into it: WELP, one day I see it being spoken about on the escapist awhile back around end of Jan and start of Feb (Could check my posts for a more solid date but CBA) in a thread about it. I didn't really take much interest and just wrote it off as a small fad or perhaps a meme joke. Then a little later another thread appears talking about the frequency of which MLP avatars were appearing as users avatars (which around that time weren't that many) so being naturally curious delve into the thread and found the OP also asked the question 'why it was so popular?'. So going through all the posts (with some containing humourous images and mash up videos of epsiodes) I realise people are legitimately interested and I'm convinced to watch the first two pilot epsiodes which turned out to be rather boring and lacking in the humour suggested by the posters. Though it had good art style, I became vaguely interested in it and didn't give it much thought for a while and instead went off and watched P&SwGB. After seeing the troll ending at the end of the 1st season of that series and some time, another MLP thread caught my eye (this was around 2-3 days ago). So again I decided to look into it and was interested again but not enough to start watching again and even posted that "I was waiting for a Darth Pony to appear" before I would start looking into it again. Lo and Behold the next time I look at the escapist I've been quoted and the reply contains a Darth Pinkie Pie. So I reply in return with a jokey post then notice another thread has appeared asking the same question pertaining to why it was good. And it contained links to episodes! So I watched the episodes including when they go to appleopilous(or whatever it is), Fluttershy stares down a dragon, they are affected by poison joke and Winter Wrap Up (Arg can't get the song out of my head!). Apart from Winter Wrap Up which I found to be slightly stale with the humour, I found the rest of the episodes to extremely humourous and well done and now I'm more inclined and interested in watching the Pony randomness! Now all I need is a link to a good source of episodes. Brohoof Go!

Ah, I see it now. And if you haven't seen the show already I recommend starting at episode 3 if you wanna check it out.
