Guess again. There are no liberal extremist news stations, You have no idea what that extremism even looks like. No one spins like fox. I don't watch it but I have to put up with idiots who do it is therefore something I must be concerned with. All media isn't a bunch of liars pulling for their own politics that's a myth, there are some news stations that do certainly. As long as we are able to show our distaste in their constant bashing on gaming in a mature, civilized way. The less they can try to use it against gamers in possible future attacks...

Do not in any way, shape, or form, announce that you are from the Escapist website!!!!!!
I can not stress this enough!! If in the event that some form of mishap were to occur, whether it be some one disregarding these guidelines, or the possibility of some form of flame war breaking out.. I can be almost 100% positive that the fine people who run this website, and others who are viewers for that matter, do NOT want them slandering the Escapists name if anything were to get out of line...
Sure some one here may say that they may not even check the comments on their page, but that does not stop any of Faux Sheeple from bringing it to their attention...
So please... Be mature in your posts, and please please please with a cherry on top, keep your messages intellectual and civilized, and leave out the fact that you came from this website... I would hate to see the Escapist being a target for that joke of a news station, and I can safely say that I don't think any of you do either...

Now, yes, I agree that it is annoying how Fox views videogames as PURE EVIL, but, c'mon, I've seen the same arguments on MSNBC, CNN, and all kinds of other left-wing media channels.

I couldn't help but laugh at the picture of original xbox (must have been a file photo). And then I laughed a lot harder when they said that you could talk to people on Wii online play!!!! ha aha ahaHAAHAHA That really got me going... whew. But anyway yes to me this seems like old news. As long as there are new forms of technology etc. people will use them to lure children into predator type situations. It's a sad thing in our society and we should do something. But making news stories that have this much flagrant misinformation in them helps no one take it seriously.
