Napoleon Total Tar:- the fact that the enemies cannons seem to have pinpoint devastation on my men, whereas my artillery has the accuracy of trying to piss into a shot glass during a hurricane.

Just Cause 2:- IS IT NECCESSARY FOR THIS MANY HELICOPTERS???!! Honestly, Ive had 6 on me at once at one point, is there any need for that level of overkill?
Rule 1: you nor your opponent can EVER have too much firepower.

OT:any time where the "Save Game" button was next to the "Load Game" buton (which is like all of them...what is this some kind of fucking prerequisiste?). I can fondly recall this one instance i was blasting aliens in Duke Nukem or something at 7 years old after breaking into my fathers study when i got killed and mistakenly hit "Save game" and every time i hit the space bar to load i would get a nice 45 Degree floor camera angle of my smear on the ground. and my last save was....oh wait that was the olny one.

EDIT: any Too Human fight or game element

Every Tom Clancy game, the checkpoints need to be more frequent, nothing is more boring than flying for 15 real time minutes, then being shot down by a million missiles only to have to fly for another stupid amount of time from the last checkpoint.

When trying to play through MGS4 for the 8th time.... Yes it's a amzaing game but after like 6 times playing things just get boring , once you gone through playing in all different styles (don't kill anyone, only use this weapon, don't ever get alerted etc etc) there's not much left to it, you already went through the amazing story a whole bunch of times what more is there ?

I hope the next MGS game will have more addictive replay value like MGS3 did.... sigh (nostalgia)

Hardest I've faced recently was that god damn shooting section in Dead Space. (The one with the asteroids) If this cannon was designed to destroy asteroids, then why does it overheat and suck so bad? I know there's some amount of realism, (kinda) but honestly, when I'm caving in a baby alien zombie's head in with my CURB STOMP OF DOOM, I think realism just died in the vacuum of space.

Also, that one level in Disgaea with all those imps. The icy one. FUCKING PEPPER BREATH OR WHATEVER. I swear, having to waste one of my character's turns using a bloody cure item is just damn annoying.

Only 1 I can think of is the rotating bladed pillar things u must climb to get out of hell in GoW1
Argh........I just played the game a few days ago. Yea I found my self cursing allot. And I found my self cursing even more once I saw that I had to climb ANOTHER ONE after I finally got to the top of the first one.
On the PC port that's even more annoying, because the damn game crashes every time you press too many buttons at once.

Tekken 6.
Since when is allowing players (Regardless of skill) a character/s that can hit me before any of my moves has to land which leads into a combo that empties my healthbar and at literally no point gives me the opportunity to so much as roll away good game design?

One point in Little Big Planet where you have to carry bombs that explode if they touch ANYTHING.

Sold the game the next day.

Anyone who played Overlord II on pc will fondly remember controlling their Greens on spider mounts on the walls of that elevator shaft, in a horribly frustrating timed sequence that you have to start all over again whenever you're too slow.

Sometimes, a mouse is not a good substitute for an analog stick ...
This, I almost cried tears of rage at that point.

Oh yeah. That. I know someone who had to take a week off after that song came up as the fifth one in a mystery setlist five times in a row. I don't mean a week off the game. I mean a week sitting in a darkened room, hugging a stuffed toy.

CoD4, the fucking TV Station lobby on hardest setting, "Fuck this" is the mildest thing that comes to mind about that bloody level.
Have you tried staying back and have your teammates finish up the problem?

Mass Effect 2: I fucking hate those two scions repeatedly pelting me with shockwaves. In Horizon.

Gears of War 1: Fighting General RAAM is fucking impossible. If even so much as a pixel is shrouded in darkness, the kryll kill me. If that doesn't do me in, General RAAM does the trick.

Mirror's Edge: I like running on the rooftops and such, but anything that involves climbing indoors and invincible soldiers with LMGs and I just wanna throw my controller.

MW1: That mission after One Shot, One Kill, where you have to defend that other dude. On veteran.

Halo 3: Any level that has those godforsaken flood that don't know how to die.

CoD: WaW: on veteran. Seriously, if soldiers were like this in the actual war, we'd no doubt be speaking German and Japanese. Why the fuck is every enemy a sniper and a grenadier?

FF13: Fucking Orphan and its insta-kill abilities. It has 6.7 million HP, can inflict almost every status effect on everyone with a single skill, and can put everyone at the brink of death when the fight starts. Why the hell does it need two insta-kill abilities?!

That fucking bit in L4D2 at Dark Carnival. The final run to the finale. Infinite zombies and a corridor filled with charger ,hunters and spitters.

Fucks sake, I could be doing something better with my time with that... like... homework.

I've rarely met a 'fuck you' moment I couldn't conquer.

The side missions in Saints Row 2 where you drive the burning 4-wheeler, on the PC. The XBox version is fine, but on PC, as anyone who's played it knows, the framerate chugs no matter how good the PC on which you're playing it is. Combine that with a necessity for fast reflexes, and you're fucked. Couldn't do it.

Runner-ups: the Cradle on 00Agent (Goldeneye). Finished it.
Pokémon Puzzle League: Very Hard difficulty. Couldn't do it.
