Earthbound Mother 2 (SNES). Psychic Charlie Brown (at least in his bumblebee costume in Smash) vs the army of Chutulu aliens with angry robots, zombies and living inanimate objects that have fiendish smiles.

The Monkey Island series are really funny, but the funniest time I had lately with a game was with 3 friends and the new Super Mario game for Wii.

A game that I found funny was Borderlands, not the main game, that's only chuckle worthy, what I'm talking about is the zombie island dlc was hilarious!

Timesplitter's: Future Perfect
Deadrising (was absolutely HILARIOUS)
Fallout 3 had it's moments. Especially in the DLC. But that wasn't "Haha!" funny, that was mostly satirical. (Which CAN be 'Haha!' funny when done really well.)
Twisted Metal 2 was both creepy AND funny.

Even The Sims 2 has gotten me to laugh.
Destroy All Humans (Is probably my number one. <3 Richard Horvitz)
