Conker's Bad Fur Day has to be the funniest game I've ever played. The whole game was just jam-packed with raunchy humor.

Honorable mentions go to Brutal Legend and Persona 4 which each had their fair share of hilarity.

probably Phoenix Wright. All "failure moments" and out-of-the-way examinations try to incur some funny response. There's even a reference to "Madness? THIS IS SPARTA!" in the 3rd game.

Which brings me to the sex scenes... even funnier than the dialogue.

Bioware... we don't need sex scenes in games to sell them to us! Especially laughably awkward, badly animated ones!

Far Cry 2.

The game wasn't trying to be funny. However, the AI was so dumb that I had hours laughing at how I could toy with them. Especially with a flamethrower.

Not that I'm sadistic or anything.

Uncharted 2 has a funny script that hasnt been done in games before. My vote goes for Uncharted 2 and Portal.

Agreed. Uncharted 2 is hugely funny and entertaining. It's not just gamers that enjoy the humour.

For the best humour you have to back to the adventure games of old. Grim Fandango, Gabriel Knight, etc. lots of funny moments to be had.
