Spoiler: Funny story with bots and cheats

A friend had a new pair of the 3D goggles from Nvidia that he was letting me try out. I wanted to see all the specials doing their thing in 3D so near the end of No Mercy 1, the level I was playing I spawn a tank that incaps two of the bots via flying car and runs off chasing the third leaving me with a clear shot to the safe room. So before I turn and leave I point my cursor near Bill (might have been Louis but I think it was Bill) and spawn two more tanks right on top of him to be a dick. So I run down to the safe room laughing about how awesome I am and suddenly a giant gray blur flies at me and knocks me down. Hunter in the safe room. Karma's a ***** in the zombie apocalypse.

Spoiler: meh story involving people

My friend Sweeney was playing for the first time. Bill had managed to kill himself somehow and my other friend let him out of the closet. I protested that we should let Sweeney do it to get the achievement and we ended up deciding to execute Bill. My two friends get impatient and leave the building (Dead Air 2, the office building) without even waiting for Bill to bleed out.

Tank music starts playing. I split away from the group and see them both get hit with a car. I end of kiting the damn tank around for about 5 minutes as the last man standing and after killing it get to talk some trash and flex my big manly Francis muscles as I stood outside a closet waiting for respawns. I also made a point of setting off every accidental panic event during Sweeney's first run of all 4 campaigns; the ones that he managed not to set off himself at least.

I have both versions (got 360 for Xmas and bought the PC version as part of the big game pack off Steam).

I was trying to get Spinal Tap on the 360 version for days while playing through again and again. I figure I'd load up the PC version and give the game a whirl on that. I see the first Zombie facing away from me in the No Mercy campaign, run up to him and pistol-whip him. Spinal Tap achieved on the first enemy I faced.

And in the same session I continued and found a witch. I threw a molotov and set her on fire and she came screaming at me but got stuck on a piece of scenery. The AI players ran round and blasted away at her and killed her because she got stuck going after me. Witch Hunter achieved. Later the tank showed up and the exact same thing happened; set on fire, after me, AI killed it. Tankbusters achieved.

Okay it was on Normal difficulty but it was quite funny at the time.

I got spinal tap with my first kill in the game. Didn't realize that you can go through ammo like candy in this game so my survival horror instincts kicked in and told me to melee the one that wasn't looking.

We were playing the Subway level of No Mercy on Versus, and I was taking point for a couple of minutes it seemed, after a little bit a Horde attacked behind us, and I was hit by an unusual sneezing attack, (IRL of course, har har har)while I was busy sneezing into a handy tissue, I used my free hand to turn around and find that two teammates were pinned by hunters and the other was being dragged by a smoker, all three were also vomited on, it did not end well. So effectivley I let the team die because I had an engagement with mucus

first time I played and attacked a witch, the witch runs towards me, then runs around in a circle, then dies. I was really confused.

Remembered another one. Blood Harvest 3 I want to say, we had just done it as infected and were in the safe room as the survivors. We decided to go ahead and kill the witch that was going to spawn halfway through so the infected couldn't startle her and left the room. Boomer vomit, he apparently got all of us. I rush forward to the nearest corner to fight the horde as does one of the other guys, while unbeknown to us the two mic-less guys back into the safe room as we're getting pounced by a pair of hunters (I have trouble with hunters). After the two of us die I go into observer mode and watch as they get puked on again, pounced on, etc and end up dying in the beginning safe room. Total score for the round? 5 points. My vocabulary fails to find the words to describe this level of fail.

Just on the single player I saw a hunter pounce a witch and start ripping at her, and she doesn't even notice nor die, I watched it for like five minuets.
Another would be when I just made it to a safe room with a horde of zombies behind me, my party's already in there so as soon as I get in I close the door but before the door completely closes a smoker gets his tongue through the crack and forces the door open and pulls me out and kills me!

I remember my friends and I were trying to finish a level on expert. We were doing no mercy and were at the finale. We're holding our own, getting hurt but still surviving. Slowly, one by one all my friends die and it's just me as Louis. Finally the helicopter comes and I autoshotty my way up the ramp to the helipad. I'm just about to jump into the helicopter and make it out of there when out of nowhere, a chunk of concrete hits me and incaps me. I could hear my friends laughing at me over teamspeak. Turns out, the tank spawned on top of the building with the minigun and flung the concrete from there. I swear I heard that tank laughing at me....

Whichever mission ends with you getting on the plane:

The last moment comes, and the back of plane opens up. Of course, the hordes of zombies come pouring down on us, so we just book it to the plane. Obviously a tank shows up and is chasing us down.

Just as the last of us makes it onto the plane, we see the door starting to close. But lo and behold, the tank jumps in, too.

We've never laughed so hard as the plane takes off, knowing that we're now all trapped in the cargo hold with the tank.

Also, whenever we take down a tank, I've made it into a ceremony to teabag its corpse. Even though it's taller than me, even when it's dead. =shrug=

I was a smoker on No Mercy Finale, preparing to line up a tongue shot that would likely drag a survivor to his death. Unfortunately I walked backwards off the roof and fell to my smokey death.

I wish I could think of a funny moment that makes me look less shite, but there you are

I remember there was this metal room, with a metal door. Well the which was inside said room, and my friend walked on in, totally oblivious to her. So, he startled her, then tried to run out and close the door, when I decided to be a dick, and I shut the door in his face. We all died because I got pounced on like right after I closed the door, but it was still hellafunny.

Funniest wtf moment was the "clown car" as my team called it.

On No Mercy in the subways when you get up on the tracks there is a small room on your left slightly up the tracks. Anyway the tank music played which was met by "oh shit" all around (we were playing on expert). Seconds after the music starts the door to said room flys across and hits Zoey as we turn there is a tank and a mofo of a horde coming from this room. 2 of us somehow survived this ... so they went to check were they came from ... the room was tiny :| it was about big 'nuff for the tank.

Not funny as it was now =/ but the reactions of the team was priceless .

One time I was playing the Smoker on the rooftop finale, and one of the the survivors was walking along the edge by the air conditioners. So I get in position and snare him. I expected a simple pull him to the edge, where he would grab on until his friends came and got him. The thing was he didn't grab the edge so I pulled him off the building. He was a zombie pinata twenty eight stories from a painful pavement pulverization. When his friends arrived he told them to wait until I killed him to destroy me since he was so thoroughly screwed. Half a millisecond after he died a freight train made of bullets disintegrated me. I laughed so hard.

No Mercy finale. Showdown on the helipad as a Tank. I actually jumped into the heli along with the survivors. Well, let's just say the pilot didn't want me to tag along. Must be because I kicked the 3 doods and that cute little girl out of the heli. I WAS IN A HURRY DAMNIT!

Another one: In blood harvest, playing versus as a smoker. After the part with the alarm-trapped door, the party went on the stairs, moving on that grilled floor. I was lurking downstairs, underneath that surface, when I looked up and realised that I could see them but also make my move against them (red crosshair). So I trapped one survivor with my tongue coming out from a hole of the grill exactly underneath, while the others could see their mate trapped but could not free him easily since the tongue was coming from below and wasn't visible to them! Eventually he escaped but that cost him 40+ health! Mean...
