My best, funny kill would be in GTA IV. When bouncing rockets off the pavement (i.e. shooting the rocket at a shallow angle so it tracks along the floor then bounces up off a ridge) I hit a helicopter, that was pretty funny combined with a whole lot of WTF?!
When I played Teen Titans for PS2 (Yes, I like the series, by the way.), when I used an uppercut on some enemies, they flew offscreen, never to return. Then again, the physics engine wasn't exactly as honed as it should have been, so this happened almost every level. It was funny, but it got annoying after three levels.

Spawn camping as spy in a low-gravity TF2 server. And then backstabbing the pyro who just cleared the room.

The Punisher had some pretty funny sick kills. It was a fun game for what it was, despite feeling like something one of the Columbine shooters would have proudly had sitting in their Playstations.

In "Wolverine" tossing a hostile into the whirring blades of a helicopter was PRETTY cool... also, messy LOL
I always liked telefragging in the original Unreal Tournament. Also prodding in Worms 2, especially when you pump it's strenght up to insane amounts so a prodded worm skits across the water. Ahhh, good times.
Once on Fallout 3 I was attacked by a Deathclaw when I was out of ammo, but I had a ton stimpaks. I immediately equipped my super sledge.
I hardly did any damage, but then I got a Mysterious Stranger visit and the Stranger intently blew the Deathclaw to pieces.

funniest thing that happened to me. Playing Call of Duty 2 with friends. Everyone had sniper rifles, except for me, So I was losing really badly. Since at that point I didn't really care anymore, I just threw a grenade just for spite. Then out of the blue someone jumped down right were the grenade was and died. That was a psychic kill there. And the other was also in COD, my friend was lying on the ground so I thought he was dead and walked by him. Then I turned around and shot him just to make sure. I killed him
