In Mirror's Edge, I sometimes jumped off buildings just to hear Faith break every bone in her body. I hated EVERY character in that game, and was sorry they weren't all caught and executed (that could make a satisfying sequel, though).
You know the writers have gone horribly wrong when you find yourself cheering for the antagonists.

As for enjoying the demise of a villain, I greatly enjoyed watching Johnny Gat taking care of that brat Shogo in Saint's Row 2. That was brutal.
(Come to think of it, SR2 had several truly great villain-killing moments. Jessica's fate was another high point, not to mention the final boss and the end of the "secret" mission. Can't recommend this one highly enough.)

Anywho, I wish I could see Johny Gat disappear from the screen. I really hate that fratboy loud mouth twat.

Nope, Jessica is Maero's girl and definitely SR2. As another posted stated, she's the one responsible for Carlos' death.
And while I'm no particular fan of Johnny Gat, watching him handle Shogo was a thing of beauty:

Protagonist holds the brat, Johnny sinks him with a haymaker.
"Get up."
Shogo gets up, tries a kick, Johnny catches it and *breaks his leg*.
"Get up."
Shogo staggers, tries a slap, gets laid out again.
"Get up."
Shogo begs for mercy and makes excuses, Johnny punches his head clean through a tombstone. Then empties out a nearby coffin (NOT his girlfriends, though - it's a random woman's), throws Shogo in and gives him a Texas funeral. Epic.

The death of his father is neat too - pinned by a sword to the deck of a burning junk, he shouts: "When I escape, the world will not be big enough for you to hide in!"
Your reply? "Lucky for me you're gonna burn to death in a few minutes."

I loved seeing marines die in halo when i had the skulls on, more ammo for my battle rifle, FINALLY!

Everything she says makes me want to break something.
In combat, I've gotten past the "generic healer" because I guess someone has to do it.

Thankfully, she decides to go missing half the fucking game, so I get to put those potions to use this time around.

But Yuna's Aeons are actually very useful, so...Can't complain much.

Probably all the people in Saints Row 2. You feel really great destroying those Bastards, though there were two guys (juyianachi...however you spell his name and the guy who plays for the feed dogs) that I felt a bit dodgy about killing.

Seconded on both counts. I definitely agree with you about killing Jyunichi, he was about the only member of any of the other gangs I liked. Off-topic, which one was your favourite to get rid of?

No need. We're officially a crowd. I hardly used Aeris throughout the game and while I could appreciate the attempt at creating emotional attachment I just didn't care when Sephiroth skewered her. If only Cait Sith had joined her.

Shogo. He was designed to be an absolute little prick and he pulled it off. You hated him by the end of it. Second would go to Maeros girlfriend (can't remember her name) for being such a little *****.

Sheva. I loved to kill her because she was so dumb. Hey lets see I've been shot once but lets use a G+R herb just in case i have a little scratch. She can't do a damned thing to enemies and she wasted every piece of ammo i gave her so I gave up on that. She should've just been cut.
